The Company: Virginia Entrepreneur Development Business Resource Center (VED-BRC), a private, non-profit organization, was founded in May 2008 to meet the employment needs of minorities and women in the community. In response to the demands of a changing workforce, VED-BRC's services have since expanded to include all adults, youth, and business enterprises.
