Brian Greeley joined Urban Works in early 2014 and has been in the commercial retail field for over 14 years. Brian has extensive experience with development pre-leasing. He has contributed to leasing regional centers, neighborhood shopping centers, transit oriented developments and urban mixed-use buildings. Brian has negotiated numerous commercial real estate transactions on behalf of regional and national developers, most recently spending ten years with CE John Company, Inc., as their Vice President of Leasing.

Charlotte has been a critical asset to the Urban Works team since 2009. With over fifteen years experience in commercial real estate in Portland, Charlotte has negotiated countless leasing and sales transactions. She enjoys the challenge of implementing complex urban redevelopment projects while serving the diversity of stakeholders involved in shaping Portland's commercial centers. Charlotte successfully represents adaptive reuse, transit oriented developments, mixed use and historic rehab projects, in addition to representing the business owners who give them life. Developer, owner/user and investor sale transactions also make up a significant amount of Charlotte's time.

Craig founded and opened Urban Works Real Estate in 2002. As Portland embraced the revitalization and redevelopment of it's central city neighborhoods the need for boutique quality, local, urban property services was apparent. Urban Works' team approach toward real estate assignments was new and untraditional in Portland. Brokerage assignments were delegated by each brokers specialty, knowledge of a neighborhood, restaurants, retailer types and approached as a group assignment. We pooled our real estate resources and shared it as a team. All brokers at Urban Works are company employees with health benefits working towards the common goal of what is best for our clients. As a native Portlander raised and schooled in southeast and northeast neighborhoods, Craig has always been an advocate for central city neighborhoods and the critical role they play in making our city interesting and unique. 
Today, Craig manages the brokerage team as a principal broker and oversees the daily operations as of the company with his wife and CFO, Linda Sweitzer. His continued goal is to enhance urban neighborhoods with authentic, quality tenants that help provide a true sense of place for all of us. Real estate is in a constant state of change and that is what helps makes our city livable and interesting. Creating an equal balance between local and national retailers with the needs of a neighborhood are essential and ultimately sustaining.

Haylee grew up in Portland/Beaverton and graduated from University of Oregon with a degree in Business Administration. After college, she worked in the medical device industry for 3 years before coming to Urban Works.

Kia has been with Urban Works since mid 2009. Kia specializes in retail leasing and sales, in conjunction with tenant, or landlord, restaurant representation in Portland's urban and close-in neighborhoods. Kia is currently working with several landlord/developer clients including American Assets Trust, JP Morgan, and RREEF Development. Prior to joining the Urban Works team, Kia had a successful career as an interior architect whose work spanned from the Pearl and the South Waterfront to Los Angeles.

Tyler has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 7 years, focusing on retail leasing, sales and tenant representation in and around the Portland Metro area. Tyler works on projects ranging from grocery anchored shopping centers to redevelopment projects and anything in-between in both urban and suburban settings. Prior to joining Urban Works, Tyler worked in the electrical utility industry where he helped serve many of PacifiCorp's key accounts and operated on the new construction team as a National Accounts Manager.
