Adrian Tulloch is the Managing Director of Vero Liability Insurance Limited bringing more than 37 years insurance experience to the role having held General Management and Directorial responsibilities with major American and Australian Insurers before he established Vero Liability. Adrian has a reputation for innovation and service and has been responsible for developing the Company to a leading market position since its commencement in August 2001. Adrian's specialties involve the Company's core competencies in professional indemnity, directors and officers and general liability risks and he has a special interest in reinsurance and insurance industry regulation.

Alistair brings over 17 years experience to the team, having held both insurance broking and underwriting roles, specialising in the professional & financial liability lines since 2000. Alistair previously worked as an accountant in London before returning to New Zealand in 1999.
Andrea has been with Vero Liability over 15 years. She has held various roles within the Admin, Claims and Underwriting departments. Andrea is a Senior Associate of the Australia and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance after completing her Diploma in General Insurance and Finance.

Andrew has had over 20 years experience in the insurance industry, including 2 years in the United Kingdom. Before joining Vero Liability in 2004, Andrew held Account Executive and Underwriting roles in both property and liability. Andrew is a Senior Associate of ANZIIF.
Ben has more than 18 years' experience in the insurance industry. He worked as a broker in the London market prior to moving to New Zealand in late 2002. He has undertaken a number of Liability underwriting roles in New Zealand. Prior to joining Vero Liability he was the National Liability Underwriter at Vero General. Ben's focus at VL is on SME, large commercial and construction risks.
Ben has been with Vero Liability since 2012. As a Senior Underwriter his primary responsibility is underwriting and managing professional lines. In 2016 Ben's professional development was enhanced by his participation in a extended scholarship programme with MunichRe in Munich.
Ben has over 20 years underwriting and portfolio management experience in both the New Zealand and London markets. Ben has a degree in economics and in addition to his Board and Management responsibilities is involved in corporate risk underwriting and new product development.
Brad graduated from Massey University with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Finance, Entrepreneurship and Innovation. While studying he received multiple Massey Blues Awards honours. He started with Vero liability in 2022 and is currently a schemes Underwriter specialising in various schemes including Electricians, Forestry Contractors and Osteopath.

Caroline has over 20 years experience in the General and Professional Liability area and brings both claims and underwriting experience to her role. She has the responsbility of working with many of the Company's brokers on both larger and more routine risks.

Christine has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry with the latter years being involved with large technical claims for one of NZ's largest insurers. Christine has a passion for general liability claims and also assists with some professional negligence claims and statutory liability Worksafe prosecution claims.

- Cyber Specialist & Senior Underwriter
Dan has been with Vero Liability since 2004. As a cyber specialist and Senior Underwriter, Dan is primarily responsible for managing the cyber insurance portfolio for Vero Liability. Additionally, Dan focuses on SME and new business placements.
Des has 40 years experience in the insurance industry, specialising in claims for over 30 of those years. After working for many NZ insurers, he came to Vero Liability in 2008. Des now specialises in Public Liability and Statutory Liability claims.
Duncan has spent almost his entire career in the New Zealand Financial Lines market, 10 years of which were as National Financial Lines Manager of a major global insurer. A desire to return to underwriting brought him to Vero Liability where he specialises in large and complex corporate risks.
Heather joined Vero Liability in July 2005 as a Senior Underwriter and brings over 20 years insurance experience to the role in both General Commercial insurance and since 1990 in Liability Insurance, working for both American and Swiss Insurers. Heather serves on the Insurance Council Liability Committee. Her experience is predominantly in the area of Construction Liability and Public Liability insurance for companies of all sizes, and her expertise in this area brings an extra dimension to our team's skillbase.

Ian brings over 30 years insurance experience to the team, having held both insurance broking and underwriting roles. In 1989 he began his specialist liability career and has worked in the New Zealand, Australian and Lloyd's of London markets. Ian has previously served on the Insurance Council Liability Committee and Insurance Institute Seminars Committee. One of Ian's responsibilities is the provision of seminars on a variety of liability topics for our clientele. This is facilitated both on a direct basis with brokers, at in-house seminars, and as a seminar presenter for the IBANZ College.

Jacqueline is a Barrister and Solicitor with over 20 years experience in general litigation and insurance. Following admission to the bar in 1997, she spent 3 years in private legal practice in New Zealand dealing with a variety of liability claims on behalf of insurers. In 2000 Jacqueline travelled to the UK where she qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales. Jacqueline spent 2 years at a London city law firm and then 5 years at Hiscox dealing with professional indemnity claims and more recently underwriting professional indemnity risks. Jacqueline returned to New Zealand in April 2008 to join Vero Liability. Jacqueline has represented insurers in mediations, has appeared in the District and High Courts and specialises in professional negligence.

Jane has over 12 years experience as a health, safety and environmental regulator. She has led many significant investigations into workplace accidents as both a manager and health and safety inspector with WorkSafe New Zealand. Jane is thoroughly familiar with current health and safety practice and works with colleagues, customers and others to assist with risk analysis and reduction of risk factors in this area.

John is a barrister and solicitor with over 35 years experience in the insurance industry. He was at McElroys in Auckland prior to running his own legal practice. John is also a chartered loss adjuster and ran a loss adjusting business in tandem with his legal practice prior to joining Vero Liability in October 2004. John has represented insurers in all areas of insurance law at mediations and has appeared in the District Court, High Court and Court of Appeal. Although much of his time is spent dealing with claims, part of his time is spent on assisting our clients in areas of risk management. John is a Fellow of the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance and of the Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters.
Jordan graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Finance and Marketing. He has been with Vero Liability since 2018 and has had experience in Claims and Underwriting.
Judith has over 30 years experience in the industry working for both Insurers and Brokers, and has specialised in liability insurance for over 20 years.
Korina has 18 years in the insurance industry, carrying out a variety of roles in general and liability insurance. Working at Vero Liability for 10 years, Korina has experience in underwriting and accounts management and is currently managing various scheme portfolios.
Laura has over 8 years' experience working in both the New Zealand and overseas insurance markets. She has held both broking and underwriting roles mainly underwriting Financial and Professional Lines risks. Laura joined Vero Liability in 2016 and has recently returned to Vero Liability having been overseas. Laura's current focus is underwriting SME business.
Lisa has over 20 years underwriting experience. She has worked in both New Zealand and Australia, 5 years of which were in the diverse Sydney market. Her experience is predominantly in the area of Directors & Officers Liability insurance (including Initial Public Offering and Prospectus Liability products) for companies of all sizes. Lisa also has experience in underwriting all other classes of liability insurance.
Mariska joined Vero Liability in 2014 and since then she has had roles in both Claims and Underwriting. At present she is a Claims Officer mainly managing Public Liability claim alongside senior colleagues, assessors and external legal advisers.
Mary has worked for over 35 years in the insurance industry and has held positions in both Underwriting and Claims. She is a Senior Associate of the ANZIIF and has a Diploma of Financial Services for Loss Adjusting.

Matt is a Barrister and Solicitor with 15 years experience in general litigation and insurance. Following admission to the bar in 1997, he spent 5 years in private legal practice in New Zealand dealing with a variety of liability claims on behalf of insurers. In 2002 Matt travelled overseas and after qualifying as a solicitor in England & Wales, Matt spent the next 4 years dealing with professional indemnity claims with The St Paul Insurance Company in London. Matt returned to New Zealand at the end of 2006 to join Vero Liability. Matt has represented insurers in mediations, has appeared in the District and High Court and specialises in professional negligence.
Michael brings 18 years of experience to Vero Liability, having held positions as both an Underwriter and a Broker. Over half of Michael's insurance career has been spent working overseas; firstly in the Australian Casualty Market before spending 9 years in the London Market writing International Casualty and Financial Lines risks. His focus at Vero Liability is on SME, large commercial and construction risks.
Having graduated with a BSc in Biology from Loughborough University (UK), Mitch spent 5 years working for a Marine Claims and Recovery specialist within the London Market. In January 2020 Mitch immigrated to New Zealand where he joined Vero Liability within the Claims team, primarily handling Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and Employment Disputes claims. More recently Mitch has moved into Underwriting where he is beginning to focus on SME risks.
Natalie has been in insurance for the past 17 years doing various roles within the broking and underwriting industries looking at all lines. The last 2 and a half years have been focused on Liability Underwriting mainly handling the SME business.

Nick has over 15 years of liability underwriting experience across New Zealand and London markets working for global specialist insurance companies. He holds a Senior Associate membership with ANZIIF. Nick specialises in professional & financial lines, casualty and scheme/portfolio management in the corporate and mid-market sectors.
Sharon has over 13 years experience in the industry. She has worked in the New Zealand, Australian and more recently the Lloyd's and London market for a global specialist insurance company. Her industry experience includes risk management and underwriting of general and niche business. She is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) having completed her Diploma specialising in Underwriting & Risk Management.

Siobhan is a solicitor with over 25 years experience in general litigation and insurance, having been admitted to the bar in June 1995. She spent some 5 years practising in the area of general civil, commercial and criminal litigation at both a small Auckland firm and one of New Zealand's largest law firms, before moving to a practice specialising in insurance litigation. Siobhan joined Vero Liability in January 2010 and specialises in professional indemnity claims.
