Jordan graduated from Ball State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship. He continued his studies at Valparaiso University, where he earned a Master of Business Administration degree. Jordan then received his Juris Doctor from the Robert H. McKinney School of Law at Indiana University and was admitted to the Indiana State Bar in 2010.
Jordan is licensed to practice in both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and he is a member of the Wabash County and Indiana State Bar Associations. His clients include Wabash City Schools and the Town of LaFontaine.
Jordan lives in Wabash with his wife Ashley and their two children, Eleanor and John, where they are members of Zion Lutheran Church. Jordan is involved in the community in various capacities and currently serves on the Wabash County Community Corrections Advisory Committee, Wabash County Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors, Indiana State Bar Association Young Lawyers Society, Lagro Canal Foundation Board of Directors, Wabash County Re-Entry Court Advisory Committee, and the Zion Lutheran Mission Board. He has served as the president of the Wabash County YMCA Board of Directors, Wabash Kiwanis Club, Wabash County Hospital Foundation, and Wabash Marketplace Design Committee.

Josh is licensed to practice in both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He is a member of the Wabash County and Indiana State Bar Associations. His clients include Beacon Credit Union and Crossroads Bank. Josh lives in Wabash with his wife Kristen and their son, Jack. Josh serves as the Vice President of the Community Foundation of Wabash County and President of the Wabash Rotary Club. He has previously served on the board of directors for Wabash Marketplace, Inc. and the Wabash Carnegie Public Library.
