From 1981 we diversified into manufacturing of Kapton/Polyimide covered copper conductors and wires. We shifted our production to Daman,170 km north of Mumbai.We now manufacture only Kapton/Polyimide covered copper conductors... We are pioneers in manufacture of Kapton/Polyimide covered copper conductor in India. We started to manufacture Kapton covered copper conductor from 1981 and have since manufactured more than 2500 tonnes. We manufactured around 270 tonnes in 2007... The taping equipments are of American Origin. This machinery is equipped with the 1500V, 3000 C/S spark tester. We will be ready with the third taping line by 2008 end. Our Capacity at present of Kapton/Polyimide covered conductor is 30 tonnes per month. And from 2009 it will be 50 tonnes per month. Our manufacturing facility is at Daman which is 170 km north of Mumbai.
