Virtual Brands, LLC was founded in 1999 to combine science and technology to develop high quality multimedia products for the promotion of excellence and well-being in sport, health, and life. The first Virtual Brands, LLC productions were in support of the Virtual Running product line, which included mental preparation videos for marathons and the fabled cross country course at Van Cortlandt Park in New York City. The Virtual Sport Psychology video series provides athletes, coaches, and parents with information on mental skills for excellence in sport performance (5 videos) and supports training for sport psychology consultants (7 videos). Virtual Brands, LLC has been funded by the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, the National Institute of Mental Health, and the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases to develop multimedia programs for exercise during pregnancy/postpartum, college student eating disorder education, and people..
