The Veterinary Business Management Association was founded to improve the success of veterinarians and the veterinary profession. When VBMA was founded, many recent veterinary graduates were entering practice ownership and needing skills to succeed. Veterinary curriculum was not addressing this need, and thus the VBMA was born to fulfill an unmet demand. This remains true today, and VBMA continues to have the opportunity to serve many thousands of veterinary students.
