Clint Pruett

Clint Pruett brings over 25 years of experience building and managing client-focused, service-based organizations. He is responsible for Valutrust Solution's day-to-day operations, Vendor Management activities, and technology innovation and implementation. Pruett's early career included executive positions focused on growth of the company's service offerings and client base, as well as, consulting positions in the communications and technology space with clients such as American Century, Comcast, Sprint, and Time Warner Cable. He has extensive experience in the areas of product management, communications, instructional design, and information technology with deep knowledge of portals, information architecture, and requirements management. Prior to joining Valutrust Solutions, Pruett served as the Vice President, Managed Solutions - North America for a global consulting firm, where his contributions centered on building a robust Managed Solutions organization and co-designer/technical lead for some of the firms proprietary technologies. Pruett graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Kansas and holds degrees in Political Science (BA), Communication Studies (BA with Honors), and Law (Juris Doctorate).

Kerianne Brown

Kerianne Brown provides 15 years of experience managing client relationships and customer service quality levels. She is responsible for all aspects of Valutrust Solution's Client Service experience, including client onboarding and training, order processing, support activities, and Scorecard reviews. Brown joined Valutrust Solutions in 2011 as one of the initial team members. Her early experiences across multiple aspects of the business provided deep insight into how our customer service model and proprietary software make a difference for our clients. This insight and early experiences shape the way she develops and manages her team to deliver the highest quality in automated, appraisal management products. Prior to joining Valutrust Solutions, Brown spent 8 years focused on customer service through process efficiencies, successful customer engagement strategies, and optimization of the customer experience, which lead to improved customer loyalty and growth of 1020%.

Patrick Brown

Patrick Brown has over 15 years of experience in the residential, real estate appraisal industry. He oversees Valutrust Solution's Quality Control department, which consists of experienced staff reviewers and certified residential appraisers. In 2005, Brown started Midwest Appraisal Solutions, LLC and quickly grew the company through a diverse client base, including local & national banks, mortgage brokers, attorneys, realtors, and individual homeowners. Brown later seized the opportunity to merge with a larger residential and commercial appraisal company, Verity Valuation, where he became the company's Residential Director. In his role as Residential Director, Brown was responsible for business development, customer service, training and development of the residential appraisal staff and trainee appraisers. Since joining Valutrust Solutions, Brown has worked to refine the quality control processes and develop his team to better meet the ever changing needs of the industry and clients. Brown obtained an SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute and holds certified residential licenses in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Virginia.

Sean Pyle - Founder, President

Sean Pyle draws on over 25 years of experience building and managing customer service organizations. He oversees the entirety of Valutrust Solution's activities, including pursuit of its goal to become the industry's preeminent provider of lender services. Pyle's early career included positions with multi-national firms Farmland Industries and Sprint Corporation, where he honed his business acumen and gained valuable experience in sales and customer management. In 1993, Pyle acted on the entrepreneurial urge and embarked on a career working with startup and early-stage companies. He was instrumental in building and managing sales and customer care organizations for telecommunications companies Kansas City FiberNet and Birch Telecom. At Birch, he was part of the leadership team that took the company from inception to more than $300 million in revenue. In his role as Senior Vice President, Sales and Customer Operations, Pyle led a staff of more than 900 employees responsible for the growth and care of Birch's national customer base. Prior to co-founding Valutrust Solutions, Pyle was a member of the executive leadership team at software company Archer Technologies. There, he led the global sales organization to unprecedented growth and success, culminating in the company's successful sale to EMC Corporation.
