Drew Blank, Principal and Vice President of Project Management leads the day-to-day project activities of our project managers and support staff. He brings over 20 years of project management, project engineering, and design experience from a variety of projects in the food processing industry. He has a strong background in mechanical engineering and industrial construction. Prior to joining the firm, Drew was responsible for the operations, maintenance and engineering activities for multiple snack food production facilities, wastewater treatment plant, and multiple distribution centers. Drew manages all aspects of project engineering including estimating, scheduling, contracts, subcontracts, and change order negotiations and often takes the lead role of project manager on large greenfield project pursuits. He is responsible for project performance and interfacing with owners and representatives, general contractors, and subcontractors. Drew has a B.S. Mechanical Engineering degree from Grove City College.

Jim relies on 30 years of experience to direct the activities of various team members, including in-house engineers, designers, CAD support staff, and any required specialty consultants. He often works directly with clients to plan the integration of new or expanding process and packaging lines into existing manufacturing plants. Jim oversees the design of new or expanding facilities and as Vice President of Engineering, is responsible for building and engineering design, construction documents, and oversight of all design activities. He is well-versed in all areas of mechanical system design and project administration, along with experience in HVAC, industrial ventilation, mechanical central plant utilities (chilled water, steam, compressed air, etc.) plumbing, and fire protection systems for food, process, pharmaceutical, and microelectronics operations. The depth of his experience from concept through startup gives him a solid base for coordinating large multi-discipline projects. Jim has a B.S. Mechanical Engineering degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
