Laurel Whitehill

brings to Veritus extensive knowledge in disability management and return to work coordination. She has proven capabilities managing a varied and complex caseload of individuals who have been affected by injury, illness or disability. Laurel believes that a return to productive and meaningful work is a crucial factor in an individual's recovery and long term well-being. Laurel has Bachelor of Arts Degree and is certified to provide the Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP) and the Strong Interest Inventory. She has also obtained her Career and Employment Coach Certificate (CECC), certification in both Level 1 and Advanced Motivational Interviewing and is trained to administer aptitude testing. Her recent professional development pursuits include areas in ethical practice, vocational analysis and evaluation / assessment.

Sara Hudson

's background includes a specialization in mental health case management. She has experience providing counselling and education to individuals of diverse backgrounds, cultures, and presenting concerns. At Veritus, Sara has a number of years' experience working with individuals by completing various types of vocational assessments, as well as career exploration, retraining and volunteer coordination and case management services. Sara is passionate about returning people to meaningful employment as she recognizes the impact of meaningful employment and strong career direction and fulfilment, to a healthy mind. Sara delivers her work with compassion and integrity. Sara has a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology with Distinction. She recently obtained the status of Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and is working towards attaining a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP) certification with the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals. Sara regularly participates in professional development and conferences in the areas of conflict resolution, case management, and specialized mental health practices (including trauma, attachment, and mood disorders). She is also bilingual, offering services in both French and English.

Tracy Ducharme is the Founder and President of Veritus Disability and Career Management Inc., which has been proudly serving Manitoba since 2006. With 25 years' experience in the disability and career management industry, Tracy has a distinguished record of successfully assisting clients to return to work. Respectively, she has become well known in her profession for providing cost effective, time conscious and goal oriented vocational rehabilitation plans. Beyond this, Tracy is responsible for all aspects of Veritus' performance and for setting the vision and strategic direction of the company. Tracy Ducharme holds a Bachelor of Community Rehabilitation Degree and is a long standing Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP), Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP), Certified Return to Work Disability Manager and a Certified Work-Life Coach. Tracy is committed to her professional development, completing both Motivational Interviewing Level 1 and Advanced certifications and is trained and certified to administer personality, aptitude, achievement and essential skills assessments for vocational evaluation and career planning purposes. She belongs to a variety of business organizations, and attends various conferences to build credibility and to network with key stakeholders in her community. In addition, Tracy is active within a variety of volunteer leadership roles and is passionate about community service and helping others.
