Vinmetrica is a company specializing in products for wine, beer and kombucha analysis, with a focus on simplicity, low cost, and quality. We are developing products in the area of wine testing, targeted at professional and home vintners and brewers who need reliable analyses for sulfite (SO2), titratable acidity (TA), malic acid, alcohol by volume, residual sugar and pH. Vinmetrica was founded in December of 2009 by Dr. Richard Sportsman. He has been an enthusiastic amateur vintner for 20 years, during which time he finally got tired of trying to use inaccurate, unreliable and/or unwieldy products for wine testing.
