Anne obtained her real estate brokers license in 1983 and graduated from Methodist University in 1995 with her Bachelor of Science in Sociology. Anne has over 25 years experience as the design coordinator for Weaver Development., & Weaver Homes Inc., Inc. Her passion is color, design and making sure to stay ahead of the latest trends. She enjoys working with clients to help them design their dream home. Her talent lies in sourcing products and materials that meet both the builder and client goals and inspecting construction to ensure alignment with design specifications. In her free time, she loves to travel and entertain her family and friends.

Ashley Cummings is our building superintendent, which means he oversees the construction process of each home. Ashley learned the core of the business long before he started working; his family has been in construction his whole life. Today, he loves working with clients to craft the home of their dreams. Giving new people new smiles with new homes is the best part of his job!
Ashley graduated from Beaufort Co Community College with an Associates Degree in Applied Science of Agricultural Machinery. Prior to his career in construction, Ashley was a John Deere Technician for 16 years. He also holds an Associates Degree in Funeral Service from Fayetteville Tech Community College and served as a Funeral Director for ten years.
When he's not at work, Ashley enjoys spending time with his family and friends and running. He's a devout Christian and is driven to always do his best.

Billy joined the Weaver Homes Inc. team in 2016 as a field superintendent, and he's been helping us craft some of the most beautiful homes in the Triangle ever since. Billy proudly leverages his three decades of residential and commercial building knowledge to provide a stellar client experience from start to finish.

Brooke is the Media Marketing Manager and Closing Coordinator for Weaver Homes Inc. As the team's branding guru, she oversees all aspects of Weaver Homes Inc.' social media, press, and website. Brooke is also responsible for ensuring that all closing documents are prepared and delivered to the appropriate closing parties. In addition, she works alongside our production management with plan prep, resource assignment, quality control, and jobsite safety.
Brooke has an Associate's degree in business administration. Prior to becoming a team member at Weaver Homes Inc., she worked for more than ten years in the veterinary field.

Frank grew up in Johnston County in Eastern North Carolina and has been a life-long North Carolina resident. Frank spent his early years in the apparel manufacturing and sales business prior to entering the Real Estate business. He established Weaver Development Co., Inc., in 1980 for residential and commercial development opportunities followed by Weaver Commercial Properties in 1985 to represent Sellers, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants with Commercial Brokerage services. Weaver Homes Inc. was established in 1988 for residential building and construction. Fayetteville has been home for Frank and his family since 1979 and he looks forward to continuing to serve the Real Estate Industry through Weaver Companies and its Commercial and Residential Services. Frank says, "Despite the ups and downs that are inherent in the real estate business, I enjoy the challenge every single day", and if you spend any time with him, you'll certainly agree that is true!

Jimmy has served as a field superintendent for Weaver Homes Inc. since March of 2016. He brings more than 25 years of home-building expertise to the table, and he's responsible for overseeing the construction of our homes from start to finish. Jimmy's passion is providing beautiful, high-quality homes to each and every client we serve.

With more than 20 years of construction work experience under his tool belt, plus having spent over a decade as a field supervisor, John is overwhelmingly equipped for his position here at Weaver Homes Inc.
Inspired in the office by his clients and out of the office by his kids, John has double the motivation to get the job done right! He loves seeing the smile on his clients' faces when their projects are completed, which is why he always goes the extra mile to make sure each one is delivered precisely as planned.
John considers himself a simple man, who loves savoring the outdoors and spending time with his family and friends. On par with his simplistic mindset, John models his work around his favorite quote: "If it's not broke, don't fix it."

Johnny brings more than 40 years of home-building expertise to the Weaver Homes Inc. team. Since joining the company four years ago, he has overseen construction in five different counties and ensures that all projects exceed Weaver Home's high standards. As a superintendent, Johnny is also responsible for conducting final walk-through punch lists with homeowners at the end of the construction stage.
Johnny's goal each day is to be the best he can be, and he's always raising the bar for everyone around him!

Neal is a graduate of Methodist University with a BA in Economics and Business Administration. Neal is the C.F.O. of Weaver Companies with over 16 years with the "Weaver Team". He oversees all financial matters within the company which includes cash management, budgeting and forecasting for future business.
