VenTek Transit Inc. was incorporated in California on August 26, 2004 and purchased all assets of VenTek International, Inc. to provide continued support for our transit customer's fare collection systems. We will continue to occupy the facility at 975 Transport Way in Petaluma, California and have retained the services of our key software and electronics design and development engineers as well as our service technicians. We have positioned our new company to provide our customers with seamless support services and sustained engineering for their fare collection systems. In addition, we have retained the manufacturing infrastructure to ensure a source of compatible ticket vending machines for future expansion and new opportunities.
