Village Ski & Sports was opened by Rich and Nancy Brachold in the fall of 1988. At that time, we were a year-round specialty store carrying an eclectic mixture of equipment and apparel. At some point in our first twelve years, we carried beachwear, sailboards, water skis, running shoes, soccer and baseball equipment, tennis and racquetball equipment, and lots and lots of T-shirts. In 2000, we grew large enough to build our own building. On New Year's Eve, with the help of friends and dedicated employees, we moved into our new location... In business since 1988, come visit us and see why we have become Southern New England's favorite ski and snowboard shop... Service remains a top priority. We believe one of the best indicators of a good retailer is how far customers will travel for your goods and services.
