Allison Livingston

Prior to her joining Victory, Allison has worked for Cornerstone Bank for 5 years as a Branch Manager and Fulton Financial Corporation for 11 years as a customer service supervisor. She has extensive experience in operations management, customer relationship management, web-based technology, and business development. In this capacity, she oversees all areas of Victory's client relations and services. Her duties include New Business Development, Private Investor Client Services, Social Media and Digital Outreach, and Strategic Marketing. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, biking, heading down the shore, and traveling to Disney. Allison is a wife and mother to two kids and loves exploring or going on adventures with them on the weekends.

Ashley Rosser - President

Ashley is President of Victory Fiduciary Consulting. In that capacity, Ashley oversees the firm's overarching executive operations, including Plan Sponsor Services, New Business Development, Private Investor Client Services, Vendor Management, and Human Resources. She educates Plan Trustees and their Board of Directors on legislative changes made by the Department of Labor and provides recommendations on required 401k plan conformity. Ashley previously served as Director of Plan Servicing of the firm's 401K corporate clients. This includes all 401K compliance consulting, portfolio investment consulting, screening, monitoring, and quarterly fI360 reporting. As the firm's Advisor Liaison, Ashley was responsible for all 401K group participant education, investment consulting and plan servicing. Ashley grew up as the daughter of Victory Fiduciary Consulting's CEO Bud Verfaillie and was raised to be knowledgeable of her own personal financial investment planning. Ashley began to take a special interest in retirement planning and securing a future for her own family upon becoming a wife and mother of three children. Prior to her career in the financial services industry, Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Cedarville University. Ashley decided to make a career change from her ten years within the healthcare industry as a pediatric emergency room nurse to retirement and 401K investment planning. She joined Victory Fiduciary Consulting in 2008 after obtaining her Series 65 professional financial license and went on to earn her AIF (Accredited Investment Fiduciary) professional designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies. Ashley enjoys personal fitness, including swimming, biking, and long distance running. She actively participates in local competitive runs and triathlons. Ashley is a wife and mother of three children and enjoys spending quality time with her family. In addition, Ashley coaches her children's sports activities.

Audrey Hallman

Audrey is the Controller at Victory Fiduciary Consulting. In that capacity, she oversees nearly all financial aspects of the company. She provides strategic planning to the Executive Board on business and financial issues. Audrey graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rowan University where she earned a B.S. in Business Administration specializing in Accounting. She served as an Assistant Controller for a prestigious law firm in Philadelphia and later became a Partner at a local tax accounting firm. In 2008, she left the practice and opened her own accounting business. Audrey continues to provide bookkeeping and income tax preparation services to individuals and small businesses. She obtained her Mortgage Loan Officer license in NJ to offer an additional financial service for her clients. Audrey is a long-time resident of Washington Township, NJ and lives there with her husband of over 20 years and her two sons. She spends most of her weekends at the baseball fields or basketball courts cheering on her boys from the sidelines. Audrey enjoys weekend getaways with her husband, vacationing with the family in Ocean City, taking walks with her dog and listening to all varieties of music.

Peggie Verfaillie

As Manager of Corporate Support Services, Peggie provides critical administrative services to the firm's executive management team to ensure effective, streamlined, and cost-efficient client services. In her role, she oversees the professional execution of the firm's financial, administrative support systems, equipment management, Human Resources, and Payroll. Prior to joining Victory Fiduciary Consulting, Peggie served as a Critical Care registered nurse (RN) for 30 years. She brings a welcomed and highly-transferrable skill-set to the dynamic, and often volatile, financial services industry. Critical care nursing is a specialty within nursing that deals specifically with human responses to life-threatening problems. A critical care nurse is a licensed professional nurse who is responsible for ensuring that acutely and critically ill patients and their families receive optimal care. As a critical care nurse, Peggie practiced in settings where patients required complex assessment, high-intensity therapies, interventions and continuous nursing vigilance. She relied upon a specialized body of knowledge, skills and experience to provide care to patients and families and create environments that are healing, humane and caring. Peggie's primary mission as critical care nurse was to serve as a patient advocate who supported the basic values, rights and beliefs of critically ill patients. Peggie also served as Mobile Intensive Care Nurse (MICN) Registered Nurse for two years. MICN's specialize in critical care transport providers with specialized training and experience in pre-hospital care. She began her career in the medical field as a respiratory therapist, where she worked for four years. Peggie holds a R.N. diploma in nursing and an associate degree in nursing from Gloucester County College. In addition, Peggie holds an associate degree in respiratory therapy from Gloucester County College. Peggie married her high-school sweetheart and Victory Fiduciary Consulting's CEO Bud Verfaillie back in 1977. Bud and Peggie have three adult children and 5 grandchildren. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, physical fitness, and traveling with her husband.
