Bernhard Böhm

Bernhard Böhm is working working as a mediator since the late nineties and is an expert in mediation and alternative dispute resolution. With his early specialization, he has extensive practical experience in mediation. His focus are conflicts in the corporate and public sector and organizational development. Bernhard Böhm manages the business unit KNPP+ in KNPP GmbH & Co.KG. Bernhard Böhm studied law at the Universities of Gießen and Leipzig. He completed his bar examination in Saxony and at the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer. In addition, he studied postgraduate social behavioral sciences with a focus on industrial and organizational psychology as well as environmental psychology. His training as a mediator included further studies in mediation at University Hagen with a focus on business mediation and mediation in the public sector. Furthermore, Bernhard Böhm is one of the first graduates with the academic degree "Master of Mediation" in Germany. He also completed training as a supervisor.

Dr.-Ing. Antje Grebel

Antje Grebel is currently completing her education as a European Patent Attorney. As part of her education to become a Patent Attorney, she support Dr.Ing. Wolfgang Völger in all legal and technical services related to patents, designs and trademarks as well as employee invention law. She performs searches and technical examinations in the field of patents and designs. As an engineer with a PhD in mechanical engineering, she has a broad technical knowledge and understanding. Antje Grebel studied general mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Clausthal. During her studies at the Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan (KTH) in Stockholm, she focused on acoustics and vibration theory, which she maintained during her studies at the Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt and her diploma thesis at the Fraunhofer Institut für Bauphysik. Her PhD was also focused on acoustics and vibration theory, were she worked together with the Department of System Reliability, Adaptronics and Machine Acoustics at the Technical University of Darmstadt. Prior to her education as a European Patent Attorney, Antje Grebel already worked as a technical assistant for KNPP.

Dr.-Ing. Wolfgang Völger

Wolfgang Völger works as a patent attorney nationally and internationally and is responsible for the legal areas of patents, designs and trademarks in our firm. He is also responsible for employee invention law. His clients are predominantly technology-driven companies and inventors from Germany and abroad. As an engineer, he has many years of technical expertise, especially in the fields of materials science, inorganic and organic chemistry, chemical engineering, energy technology, medical technology, locking systems and railroad technology. Wolfgang Völger studied chemistry at Goethe University in Frankfurt/Main and materials science at Darmstadt Technical University. The topic of his PhD was polymer ceramics and sol-gel chemistry at Darmstadt Technical University. During his doctoral studies, he spent several months on a scholarship at the Japan Fine Ceramic Center in Nagoya, Japan. Subsequently, he worked as R&D manager in an industry-related research institute. He completed his education as a patent attorney in Munich with a renowned patent law firm as well as at the German Patent and Trademark Office in Munich, the Federal Patent Court in Munich and the District Court in Mannheim. He is also a European Patent Attorney, European Trademark and Design Attorney and a serving patent attorney in Austria. Wolfgang Völger was a partner of the Völger & Behrens Patent- und Rechtsanwälte in Darmstadt for several years.

Ernst Henning Knigge

Ernst Henning Knigge is a specialized advocate for copyrights and media law as well as a mediator. In addition, he is focused on competition law, general civil law and labor law. He has long lasting experiences in litigation. Ernst Henning Knigge studied law at the Universities of Leipzig, Halle-Wittenberg and Leuven (Belgium) with a focus on European law. After completion of his law study, he obtained the academic degree of Master of European Law (LL.M. Eur.) He completed his bar exam in Lower-Saxony, Saxony and Brussels with a focus on European Law. Prior to his law study, Ernst Henning Knigge completed an education as a bank clerk at Deutsche Bank AG after internships in the USA and Great Britain. Ernst Henning Knigge is a trained and certified mediator and data protection officer. Before practicing law, Ernst Henning Knigge was an accredited assistant at the European Parliament for several years. In this capacity, he advised decision-makers in politics and business and supported the development of economy and culture in the Central German region.

Igor Dragobetski

Igor Dragobetski specializes in information technologies law and data protection law. His clients are mainly IT-based companies and agencies, providers of IT services on the Internet and e-commerce merchants. In addition, Igor Dragobetski acts as an external data protection officer for companies. He also advises and represents clients on general business and corporate law and tax issues arising in connection with the establishment, management and dissolution of companies. His practice further includes advisory and legal representation in the area of general civil and contract law. As an experienced attorney he supports clients in litigation.
