Founded in 2004 by Frank Silverman and Mike Metzger, Vision owns and operates assets valued at over $123 million, with over 120+ commercial and retail spaces in Florida, Pennsylvania, and New York. We are landlords to national tenants as well as mom and pops with properties ranging from 2,500 to 130,000 square feet. Based in Orlando, our expertise in ground-up development, major renovations, and value add opportunities help to revitalize distressed properties and turn them into positive business assets.
