It has been over 20 years since I met my first Bernese and shortly thereafter brought home Bruno. Since that fateful meeting and the years that followed, I can say without a doubt that it was a "life changing event." The dogs that came after Bruno; the decision to become a breeder, trainer, and competitor; traveling to Europe, Canada and many states in the U.S.; the breeders we helped to start breeding programs; the programs we shared our dogs with; the breeding programs who shared dogs with me; and the adoptive homes for our puppies; all have brought me the greatest friends and professional relationships.
