Cynthia Hawthorne - VP

Cynthia serves as the VISTA Human Resource Director and Facility Security Officer and focuses on the management of recruiting and staffing, career development and performance, employee orientation and training, policy development and documentation and employee relations for the company. Prior to VISTA, Cynthia worked at NSM and CenterScope Technologies, Inc. Cynthia has over 26 years of experience in the human resources field and has been a Facility Security Officer (FSO) for 23 years. Cynthia possesses a BS in Business, is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and is a member of the Society for Human Resources (SHRM).

David Baxa

David serves as Chairman of VISTA's Board of Directors and was previously President & CEO. David spent more than half his career leading VISTA Technology Services, Inc., and its predecessors. He is an accomplished facilities planner, IT and management professional. He has expertise in real property asset analysis, real property asset management, master planning, application development, data warehousing, business intelligence, enterprise information portals, knowledge management and spatial data integration. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science.

Hal McDonald - VP

Hal began his career at VISTA in 2008 as Program Director, and was promoted to Vice President in 2012. In his current role Hal ensures that VISTA delivers on its commitments to our clients and partners as well as growing revenue and profitability by developing strategic growth opportunities across new geographies, customer bases and market segments. Prior to VISTA, Hal worked at EDS and Unisys. He also had a successful 20 year career with the U.S. Army performing analysis, personnel management and development, and full life-cycle management for information systems. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Norwich University.

Harold Hanson

Harold Hanson is a consultant focusing on business management and federal acquisition issues. He has been involved in significant corporate initiatives that include mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning issues, corporate governance and the implementation of a comprehensive corporate quality assurance program. Harold has participated in high level reviews on issues such as an analysis of the shipbuilding industrial base with the Center for Strategic and International Studies, the Presidential Helicopter Program for the Naval Air Systems Command, and various U.S. Coast Guard major acquisitions. Prior to his work in the private sector, he was a member of the Senior Executive Service, and was the Executive Director for Contracts, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). Harold has a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University.

Larry Lincoln

Larry is a longstanding member of the company. Formerly, he has served as a member of VISTA's management team since 1987. As a former Executive Vice President of VISTA, Larry provided functional, technical and management experience and expertise in areas to include real property planning and analysis, master planning, application development, data warehousing, decision support systems, and spatial data integration. Larry received his undergraduate degree in History and Economics summa cum laude from Park College and holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California.

Mary Anne Matsko - VP

Mary Anne is the Vice President of Navy Programs. She leads a team of dedicated professionals focused on providing outstanding customer service, employee satisfaction, and financial performance. Mary Anne has specialized in Federal Government Program Support, Corporate Development, Talent Acquisition, and Human Capital Management Strategies, all supporting the Department of Defense. This includes not only championing teaming efforts and managing talent, but also leading corporate operations, strategic planning, recruitment, compensation, workforce planning, training and development, and process improvement. Mary Anne has a bachelors degree and 30 years of executive level experience. Mary Anne is an Executive Advisory Council Member for the Perdue School of Business, Salisbury University.

Rod Buck - CEO, President

Rod is VISTA's President and Chief Executive Officer. Before taking this role in 2013, Rod had served on VISTA's Board of Directors for 10 years. He has over 30 years of corporate executive experience including 15 years in the government contracting industry. He was formerly a Managing Director with The McLean Group, an investment banking firm and President of The Columbia Group. Rod has had success in leading acquisitions, business integrations, divestitures, financings, recapitalizations, joint ventures and new business initiatives. He serves on the Executive Advisory Board of the Acquisition and Business Policy Council of the Professional Services Council and is a member of a non-profit organization, the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), where he has served as President and Director of the Board. Rod graduated with high distinctions from George Washington University with a degree in accounting.

Shawn Grunzke

Shawn is a Senior Account Manager overseeing VISTA's international programs and VISTA's DISA Cyber command contract. He directs nation-building, expeditionary support, logistics, and other capacity building initiatives. Shawn also drives high performance teams that provide comprehensive portfolio, contract and acquisition, financial, asset and enterprise service management. Shawn had a successful 25-year career with the US Navy and Department of Energy as a supply chain manager and logistics director. He is a retired US Navy Captain (06) and held a civilian GS-15 position prior to his position at VISTA. He holds a bachelor's in civil engineering, Master of Science in operations research and is Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Contracting.

Tom Lundregan - VP

Tom is Vice President of VISTA's business development and new growth opportunities. Tom had a successful 30-year career in senior leadership positions that included forecasting, monitoring, meeting annual business plan objectives, and focusing on driving growth aligned with the broader organization's strategic goals. Tom has demonstrated experience leading business strategy development, maintaining financial controls for the organization, and creating an environment conducive to staff development and professional growth. Before his role at VISTA, Tom was a division manager for Department of Defense IT programs and a program manager for several large-scale network and system engineering tasks for the United States Marine Corps and the United States Navy. Tom holds a bachelor's in psychology and a master's in public administration.
