Jay Pettapiece co-founded Vision Financial Corporation in 1989. In forming the new company, Jay had the dual advantages of drawing on a distinguished career in the insurance industry and building upon one of the best service organizations in the worksite industry, Maine Fidelity Life Insurance Company, where he was Senior Vice President of Marketing. Jay is a career insurance executive who knows the payroll deduction business from all perspectives. He spent fifteen years in various field management positions for Aetna Life and Casualty and was Vice President for Mass Marketing at Liberty Life Insurance Company prior to joining Maine Fidelity Life. Jay has served on the Greater Keene Chamber of Commerce board of Directors and is past president. He is past president of the Mass Marketing Insurance Institute and was presented with the Ancy Pinnacle Award for distinguished service to the insurance industry in 2007. He was inducted into the Benefits Marketing Worksite Marketing Hall of Fame in 2005.

Kristin Henley Giacobello joined Vision Financial as Chief Information Officer in 2013. She and her organization are responsible for business applications, infrastructure, telephony, security and systems operations for all of Vision, including the support of operations, marketing, sales and finance. Kristin brings Vision many years of experience in IT, Application Development and Integration from the insurance industry. Before joining us, she was a well-regarded influential leader for Philadelphia Financial Group, formerly Hartford Life Private Placement, and Accenture, formerly NaviSys. She specializes in efficiently implementing and operating sustainable IT solutions that maximize operational efficiencies. Kristin graduated top in her class with a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Villanova University. She is also a proud member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.

Tracy Cowher, a 1998 magna cum laude graduate of Bryant College (now Bryant University), joined Vision Financial in 2009 after relocating from the Washington DC metropolitan area. Prior to joining Vision, Tracy was a Director in the Forensics practice of Veris Consulting, Inc., which specializes in among other areas, consulting on accounting and financial reporting related matters. Tracy began her professional career with KMPG, LLP working in both the Hartford, CT and McLean, VA offices. She has over 15 years of accounting and auditing experience in both the public and private sectors. Tracy oversees the Financial Accounting Department, the Client Services Department and Human Resources.
