Dr. Smith is board certified and trained at the St. Louis University School of Medicine. He is experienced at diagnosing and treating sports injuries, fractures and surgically repairing major joints.
Dr. Smith specializes in major joint repairs along with arthroscopy of the hip, shoulder, knee and ankle. He offers surgical and non-surgical treatment of musculoskeletal issues involving bones and muscles and is 100% dedicated to getting his patients back to an active lifestyle.

Dr. Daines is board certified and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic surgeons. He is fellowship trained in shoulder surgery and specializes in minimally invasive shoulder surgery. He is skilled in the operative and non operative management of all shoulder conditions including rotator cuff repair, shoulder instability, shoulder replacement and trauma. Dr. Daines also has special interest in all inside arthroscopic rotator cuff repair using a knotless technique, which allows for more rapid rehab and less scarring.

Trevor Spence is a Nurse Practitioner and RNFA. He graduated from Idaho State University in 2014. He completed two Majors at ISU: one in Kinesiology and the other in Nursing. During his time there he also competed collegiately within the Idaho State Bengals football program. After working years on the front lines, as an ER Nurse, Trevor then furthered his education completing his Nurse Practitioner program at South University and graduating in 2020. After obtaining licensure, he began working full-time in the surgical field. Trevor brings a plethora of knowledge and experience to West Idaho Orthopedics. In his free time, he loves working out, enjoying the outdoors, weightlifting, going to church, & spending quality time with his wife and children.
