Mr. Kaull heads up the self-storage investment group at VMA, and focuses on the acquisition/disposition of self-storage properties throughout California. Prior to joining VMA, Mr. Kaull was the Vice President of Operations at Center Street Capital, a private equity firm wholly focused on investing in commercial real estate. Mr. Kaull has over 15 years experience in real estate and started his career at Marcus & Millichap, where he was a successful broker focusing exclusively on multi-family investments.

Maddie has been with Martinez and Associates as a research associate since December 2014. She is currently working on her Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies at Azusa Pacific University
Robert M. Paez is Vice President and member of the Multi-Family Division of Martinez and Associates
Sandra has been with Martinez and Associates as an administrative assistant since September 2013. She is currently pursuing her degree in communication studies.
Prior to joining Martinez and Associates, Susie served as an Assistant Manager for Gateway Executive Suites
Prior to joining Martinez and Associates, Ulysses was a full-time student at Mt San Antonio College, where he received his Associates Degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences with an Emphasis on Child Development
