John R. Mehall

Dr. Mehall has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of healthcare and started in healthcare as a practicing cardiac surgeon. Clinically, he was a nationally recognized heart valve surgeon with over 20 national podium appearances, 60 publications, trained hundreds of other surgeons and performed over 4000 cases. Dr. Mehall founded the largest independent cardiothoracic surgery practice in Colorado which continues to serve patients statewide. His leadership experiences with large health systems included being the Chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery for Centura Health from 2010-2020, and the Co-Chair of the CommonSpirit National Cardiovascular Service Line (formerly Catholic Health Initiatives). During this time, he built and managed strong teams that delivered growth and consistent results both clinically and financially. More recently, he has served as the Chief Medical Officer for Curative, which is the healthcare staffing arm of the online provider network Doximity after they acquired his staffing business. Seeing opportunities within healthcare, Dr. Mehall started seven healthcare businesses ranging from outsourced hospital services and healthcare staffing to medical practices and practice management. As an owner operator he cultivated effective loyal teams, managing over 100 employees, and had sole P&L responsibility for over $20 million annually. Dr. Mehall also has experience as an operator for businesses held by private equity and led these businesses, as well has his own, to multiple successful exits. This journey gave him broad financial and healthcare business experience, as well as significant experience on healthcare transactions from the buy, sell, and broker side. Dr. Mehall continues to serve on several healthcare Boards and is an advisor to private equity firms, investment banks, and medical device companies. Dr. Mehall received his undergraduate education at Yale and Southern Methodist University and has a BA in Philosophy with honors, and a BS in Biology, he attended Medical School at the University of Texas, did ten years of post-graduate surgical training, and later received an MBA from the University of Texas with honors. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American College of Cardiology..

Mr. White has over 30 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry. During his career he has served as CEO of hospitals and multi-hospital systems in Hawaii, Colorado and Maryland. White has also been a healthcare consultant, Board member and turnaround specialist. He is a cofounder of Centura Health, Colorado's largest healthcare system, with revenues of over $1.5 billion annually. He has served as Co-Founder, President and Chief Strategist of BridgeHealth Medical, Inc., the market leader in Surgery Benefit Management. BridgeHealth was recognized in 2015, 2016 and 2017 by Inc .Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in America. He presently serves as CEO of ClarityCCM, a chronic care management and value-based outsource provider for primary care physicians. Mr. White also has provided leadership or Board support for a number of healthcare businesses including healthcare information technology, healthcare staffing, financial services and cancer treatment centers in the US and abroad. Additionally, he has consulted with a variety of for-profit and not-for-profit businesses including hospital operational turnaround assignments. Hospitals under his leadership have received national recognition for quality and service. Mr. White has a Master of Healthcare Administration from Loma Linda University in California and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. He is active in a variety of community and church organizations and has served on community and healthcare industry boards. Mr. White is a frequent speaker at workshops and seminars.

Toby Rogers

Mr. Rogers is an experienced businessman in the fields of media, entertainment, distribution, marketing, and advertising as well as business development and real estate. Mr. Rogers is President of Papillon Import Export, LLC, a brokerage and advisory, with strong relationships and a thorough network in Latin America. He is currently involved in biometric, telecommunications, real estate, and infrastructure projects in South America. His is also devolved development and expansion of the Tavern On The Green International brand, domestically and internationally. Mr. Rogers was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Sherwood Outdoor, Inc. which he helped establish, a division of prominent real estate developer Sherwood Equities, Inc. He was responsible for the sales and marketing of the advertising ge, or spectaculars, on the trophy properties known as One Times Square, Two Times Square, and 1600 Broadway. In areas of media and advertising and distribution, Mr. Rogers has held key executive positions with several leading media companies, including Tribune Entertainment, Hearst Corporation, Macromedia.r. Rogers also served in an executive post with the Silverback-Lazarus Group, a boutique entertainment firm with numerous credits to its name. Its founder, Alan Silverback,how, and while CEO of Fox TV, launched many iconic TV shows such as MASH. Mr. Rogers also focuses on real estate development in NY and NJ, representing numerous owners and developers, holding a real estate license, and working with a prominent owner and developer as well. Victor Lazzaro - CEO, Founder

Mr. Lazzaro has over 25 years of senior management experience in the health and insurance fields at the CEO level, having included responsibility for marketing, finance, administration, and healthcare delivery. Mr. Lazzaro is also Managing Partner and co-founder of Volante Capital Partners , LLC. That role included serving as Vice Chairman and Co-Founder of BridgeHealth Medical, a Surgery Benefit Management (SBM) company. He serves on the board of Adapta Medical, a catheter company. Mr. Lazzaro has been actively involved in the Management and Advisory services of Volante which has included working with a health insurance company as interim CEO. Earlier, he was CEO of a hospital-clinic in China. Previously, Mr. Lazzaro was president and CEO of United Healthcare Corporation - Mountain States (UHC). Before that, Mr. Lazzaro was regional VP (CEO), for Prudential Insurance Company of America which included oversight of 30 primary and multi-specialty clinics and 200 employed physicians. Prior to entering health care, Mr. Lazzaro was International Controller of a Black & Decker Subsidiary. Mr. Lazzaro serves on the Board of several business and community organizations. He previously served on the advisory board of MediExpress, a UHC affiliate, in Kuala Lumpur. He has been a guest lecturer at the University of Colorado MBA program. He is a Trustee of his college. He has been a speaker at numerous health care conferences including in the U.S., Dubai, Spain, Italy, Kuala Lumpur, and China. Mr. Lazzaro holds an MBA-finance from the University of Southern California and a BA from Washington and Jefferson College in Pennsylvania.
