Daniel Mizukovski

Job Titles:

Mr. Mizukovski joined Wells Hill in 1998 and currently is a Managing Director. He is involved in all aspects of the firm's activities, from working with clients to define objectives and set strategy to managing and executing transactions. Mr. Mizukovski has advised on and closed nearly $15 billion in transactions on behalf of clients. The transactions have involved most real estate uses, have attracted capital from both domestic and foreign capital markets, and have included debt and equity placement, ground and master leases, investment sales, acquisitions, joint ventures, sale leasebacks, financial restructurings, recapitalizations and development projects. Mr. Mizukovski has served on several boards, is a member of the Urban Land Institute and is a licensed New York State Real Estate Broker. Mr. Mizukovski received a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1998.

Germaine Mendoza

Ms. Mendoza is the Office Manager. She is responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative operations of the firm.

Jeremy Schwartz

Mr. Schwartz joined Wells Hill in 2021 and currently is an Associate. He is involved in multiple aspects of advising on and executing client engagements, including rigorous financial analysis, preparation of offering materials, marketing, diligence, and collaboration with counsel. Mr. Schwartz has significant experience on both the advisory and investment side of transactions, having previously worked at Stifel Financial Corp., Boathouse Capital, and HUBBNYC.

Paul W. Perkins

Peter Y. Gevalt

Job Titles:

Mr. Gevalt is a former Warden, Vestryman and Chair of the Real Estate Committee at Trinity Church Wall Street in New York City. In that position, he oversaw active management and leasing of approximately six million square feet of office property, several development sites and the rezoning of the Hudson Square market in New York City, where Trinity properties are located. Mr. Gevalt also is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, former Council Member of the Urban Land Institute, former Board Member of the Institute for the Environment at UNC-Chapel Hill, founding Board Member of Episcopal Charities, former Board Member of Sheltering Arms Children and Family Services, Advisory Board and former Board Member of Hudson River Community Sailing, former Board Member of Hotchkiss School and past Commodore of the Nantucket Yacht Club. Mr. Gevalt received a B.A with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1970.
