Dale E. Jones is vice chairman and partner of the CEO and Board Practice in the Americas. In this role, Dale serves as an advisor to boards and CEOs on human capital issues such as leadership, recruiting and succession planning. He has been an active advisor to boards on the issues of corporate governance, compensation and enterprise risk. In addition, Dale serves as one of the firm's leaders in the Education and Social Enterprise Practice.
Dale remains highly active at the corporate and non-profit board levels. He serves on the board of directors at Kohl's Corporation and Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company. Prior to joining Northwestern's board, he was a corporate director for Hughes Supply, a NYSE-traded company, which was acquired by The Home Depot in 2006. Dale continues to serve on the National Advisory Board of The Salvation Army, is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), and was recently named as a Trustee for Morehouse College.
From 1999 to 2007, he served as managing partner of Heidrick's Atlanta office. Early in 2007, he was named managing partner of the firm's CEO and board practice in the Americas. Dale originally joined Heidrick & Struggles in 1999 following tenure with another leading search firm. Prior to entering executive search, he held a series of progressive roles as Executive Director of Quest Atlanta, Assistant Vice President of Charitable Giving at Bank of America and Director of Development at Morehouse College. He also served as CEO of a global water initiative that provides clean drinking water to villages in sub-Saharan Africa. Dale has served as a speaker and participant of the World Economic Forum on Africa and the Corporate Council on Africa.
Dale earned a bachelor's degree at Morehouse College in Atlanta and completed course work at the Atlanta University Graduate School of Business.
He and his wife and their two children reside in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Pang is the Chairman of Chun Wo Development Holdings Limited (Hong Kong Stock Exchange | 0711.HK), a Hong Kong investment holding company engaged in civil, electrical and mechanical engineering, as well as international foundation and building construction enterprises. Industry focus includes government, institutional, office, residential, industrial, hospital, schools, fire stations, sports complexes, markets, and civil engineering works, including roads, drainage, site formation, railway works, reservoirs, waterworks, seawalls and marine construction, sewage treatment/disposal facilities, and underground construction. The company also engages in foundation works, such as piling, large-diameter bored piles, diaphragm wall construction, deep basement construction, and ancillary works. Waterfield is Chairman of the Board & CEO of Waterfield Enterprises, an American investment holding company with interests in technology, energy, financial services, defense, management consulting, real estate, hospitality, and agriculture. Waterfield has acquired operations dating back to 1887.
Mr. Waterfield serves as Chairman & CEO of Waterfield Enterprises (Est. 1999), and Waterfield Asset Management (Est. 1989). He also serves as a Managing Principal of The Waterfield Private Equity Fund(s) I (Est.1999), II (Est. 1999), and III (Est.2004), a Founding Partner at Waterfield Merchant Banking (Est. 1998), Chairman of Waterfield Utilities. During his tenure at Waterfield, Mr. Waterfield has overseen over 70 acquisitions and divestitures, along the way founding Waterfield Asset Management, Waterfield Enterprises, Waterfield Merchant Banking, The Waterfield Funds, two of America's first Internet banks (National InterBank & UFB Direct), and Waterfield Financial, which at one time owned and operated America's largest independent affinity deposit origination network, a 90 million member network serving the NRA, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Firefighters, and the US Armed Forces, among others.
Prior to joining Waterfield Group, Mr. Waterfield was at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York, where he served under Goldman New York Institutional Equity (NYI) Partner Edward Spiegel. He later co-founded a hedge fund and private equity organization and reported, as Co-CEO, directly to the former Head of Goldman's Global Bank Stock Group, as well as the former Chairman of Goldman Sachs International and the former Head of Goldman Sachs Financial Institutions Group.
From 1992-1994, prior to his employment with Goldman, Mr. Waterfield trained at Prudential Securities in New York under renowned bank stock analyst George M. Salem. Mr. Waterfield received his BA in Economics from Columbia University in 1994, and is a member of MENSA.
Mr. Waterfield trains under Martial Arts Hall of Fame Grand Master Steve Ross, and has a Black Belt in Karate.
Through Waterfield Foundation, Mr. Waterfield supports various charities and institutions of higher learning, among them Culver Military Academy, The NRA, Outward Bound, The Air Force Association, The Make A Wish Foundation, Columbia University, The Children's Hospital of Orange County, The Robin Hood foundation, The International firefighters Association, The Heritage Foundation, The Cato Institute and The Navy Seal Foundation. Mr. Brown is the chief financial officer of Waterfield Enterprises, LLC. Mr. Brown has also been the chief financial officer of Waterfield Financial Services Corp. and Waterfield Technologies, Inc. from November 2002 to today. From 1994 to 2002, Mr. Brown was executive vice president, treasurer, and chief financial officer of Union Acceptance Corporation ("UAC"), a spin-off of Union Federal Bank of Indianapolis. He presided over UAC's finances from its formation in 1994 to its initial public offering in 1995 until 2002, when it had grown to be a $3.5 billion servicer of auto loans with more than 700 employees. During this time, Mr. Brown helped UAC raise over $230 million in privately placed senior and senior subordinated notes and issued over $10 billion in public asset-backed securitizations. Prior to UAC, Mr. Brown was assistant controller for Union Federal Bank of Indianapolis from 1990 to 1994, a senior auditor for the local Indianapolis, Indiana accounting firm of Greenwalt Sponsel & Co., Inc. from 1988 to 1990 and both a staff assistant and senior auditor for Ernst & Young LLP from 1986 to 1988. Mr. Brown is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts. Mr. Brown graduated from Oral Roberts University with a B.
