In 2010, Walker & Associates Property Management opened its doors, and quickly began to revolutionize the property management industry. From our research, we found there was quite a lot of room for improvement in the level of communication from PM's to owners, tenants, and vendors alike... Our unique Individual Management Plan, IMP, is designed and implemented using the clients input in conjunction with our expertise as professional property managers. We create a management program specifically designed around the goals and expectations provided and gathered during the discussion process... Our IMP program has been a tremendous success, producing many satisfied clients. We routinely receive compliments, from both owners and tenants alike, regarding the friendly and efficient manner in which we conduct business.
