The VKTA - Radiation Protection, Analytics & Disposal (VKTA) is implementing the dismantling of the old nuclear facilities at the traditional and future-oriented research site of Dresden-Rossendorf, financed by the Free State of Saxony. This includes the safe disposal of nuclear materials and radioactive waste as well as long-term radiation protection at the site... The acquired know-how and our solution-oriented way of working are the basis for a diverse range of services. As an experienced and well-versed service provider, VKTA also offers these services to external partners - for particularly demanding tasks and projects in nuclear or similar fields... On behalf of the Free State of Saxony, VKTA operates the state radioactive waste collection facility for Central Germany.
