Vitality Unlimited is a non-profit, federally recognized, 501(c)(3) corporation with a long, successful history of providing community services, affordable housing, high-quality substance use-disorder treatment, and access to mental health services. Our successful record of accomplishment is due to the hard work and expertise of our staff and the guidance of our Board of Directors... Vitality Unlimited provides services and programs that promote positive life choices, improve the quality of life, and empower personal wellness... Vitality Unlimited provides behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment services throughout Nevada. We accept Medicare, Tricare, Nevada Medicaid, and are contracted with a variety of insurance carriers. We offer a sliding fee scale and accept all clients regardless of their ability to pay. Single case agreements negotiated.
