Thorough grip on project funding & meeting their Working Capital requirements i.e. both Long term & Short term, Domestic/ Forex funding, Buyer's Credit, Non-fund requirements like LCs/BGs etc. Havegood understanding of CDR mechanism and handling BIFR cases, appraisal, re-schedulement/re-phasement of accounts.
Having finance background with 12 years of work-ex with RPG Group, largest KPO and in Jagdish Khattar venture. Eco friendly & quick handling of health & technological issues.A result oriented perfectionist with exceptional analytical skills. He was part of CEAT restructuring including the rights issue of INR 500 Mn . He was instrumental in bring new structured product of receivable financing of INR 500 Mn in CEAT. Worked in start-up venture -Carnation (A Jagdish Khattar-ex MD of Maruti Venture).
His major strengths have been in demonstrating break through in fund raising of INR 1700 Mn, Liaisoning with existing and prospective Private investors. He has been instrumental in setting up the entire Management information system in Carnation.
