Jenny Burton

Jenny Burton has had a long and varied career as a superb vocalist working successfully in Dance Music, R&B, Gospel and Inspirational Music. In the late 80s and early 90s Burton had four national number one R&B/Dance hits - "One More Shot," rose to Billboard's number five slot and led to Burton's first major-label solo deal. Atlantic Records released her first LP, "In Black & White," which included the hit single, "I Remember What You Like". "Bad Habits," off her second album was a #1 dance hit in America and rose to #12 on the R&B charts. She has to her credits as well two gold records from films - Harry Belafonte's Beat Street and White Nights starring Gregory Hines and Mikhail Baryshnikov. Moving more into an Inspirational direction, she created with producer/composer Peter Link, The Jenny Burton Experience, an award winning Inspirational group ran for seven years to sold out standing room only audiences at New York City's "Don't Tell Mama". The Jenny Burton Experience also opened at Trump Marina for Al Green, performed with The Gap Band and Morris Day and The Times at The Indianapolis Black Expo for 80,000 people, opened for Stevie Wonder at Lincoln Center in NYC, and completed a one month run headlining at Resorts International in Atlantic City, the first Gospel group to ever headline in Atlantic City. Along the way she sang at the Gospel Music Awards in Nashville and performed in the Movie Guide Awards in Hollywood, played a recurring role on ABC Television's soap opera All My Children. Recently, Jenny joined the cast of Rosemary and Thyme, a Musical Podcast written and composed by Peter Link, which is now running in 135 countries around the world. Jenny's most recent release is her tour de force album, Something Old New Borrowed Blue with producer/composer Peter Link.

Kim Richmond

Although Kim Richmond is primarily known as a jazz saxophonist, his original, and very much studied, classical instrument is the clarinet. Based in Los Angeles, he works as a freelance musician, doing studio work, shows, concerts, clubs and other venues. His reputation also includes being a composer and arranger. He was nominated for two Grammy's for his CDs "Artistry" and "Refractions." He is a member of the classical chamber orchestra Composers Ensemble of Los Angeles (CELA), plays regularly with the Pacific Symphony, and has performed as soloist with that orchestra, the Dallas Symphony, Riverside Symphony and others. Kim has released eleven recordings as a leader and is on a myriad of others. He also is quite active in the educational arena, being an associate professor at USC and teaching at a variety of summer music camps each year. Whatever his mode of expression, be it instrumental performance, composition, arranging or conducting, Kim Richmond is striving to express a uniquely original voice, combining his extensive experience with the new sounds of our evolving musical world.

Peter Link is the creator of Theater of the Imagination, and consequently, Scattershot Symphony Podcast. Peter is the Producer, Composer, Lyricist and Book Writer of Watchfire Music's most successful Podcast Musical, Rosemary And Thyme. It launched its Pilot Episode in September 2022, publishing new episodes weekly until its culminating 16th Episode aired December 20, 2022. Since then, the podcast musical has been downloaded over 10,000 times in 134 countries.
