Daisy has over 20 years of valuable design experience in various areas of the building and design industry. She and her family live on a "misfit farm" in Wooster, complete with pigs, chickens, and mini donkeys. Daisy is passionate about design and you can see her work on Houzz.com, where our photos have been saved over 1 million times to idea books. Her extensive experience has equipped her with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the latest design trends and building practices. She attends the International Builders Show and the Kitchen & Bath Show in search of new inspiration and high-quality products for our homes. Daisy loves the challenge of coming up with new designs and features for our homes. Her favorite part of the selection process is picking out the lights in the home, as the perfect light can elevate the design of a room. In addition to design, Daisy also specializes in window treatments to allow you to conveniently select everything in one place.
Outside of work, Daisy and her husband enjoy traveling and exploring new restaurants and places, as well as spending time with their friends and family. She also enjoys gardening and attending concerts in her spare time.
Logan has grown up around the construction industry. He followed his father around to jobsites from a young age, and also worked on construction sites during the summer months while in school. Following his graduation from Waynedale High School in 2015, Logan served a 6-month term with YWAM Montana before coming to work full time for Weavers.
Starting as a carpenter, he then transitioned into sales before becoming a project manager, then onto a renovations manager. Logan was promoted in 2022 to Vice President and is passionate about creating beautiful spaces, ensuring that customers have an enjoyable building experience. Along with his role at Weavers, Logan is also a realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. He attends tech conferences and works hard to ensure that clients have the most up-to-date products in their home.
Logan and his wife met in high school and now reside in Wooster with their dog, Teddy. In his free time, Logan enjoys golfing, traveling with his wife, smoking meat, and attending sporting events.

is passionate about helping customers build their dream home. She came to Weaver Custom Homes in 2016 after graduating from Mount St. Joseph University with a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Architecture and Design. Macy specializes in SketchUp 3D computer modeling and custom cabinetry design. In 2020, her position shifted slightly when she married her husband and began a new journey of working remotely wherever the Army sends them. She has mastered zoom meetings with both customers and our team.
Outside of work, Macy and her husband enjoy trying fun new restaurants, as well as roughing it outdoors hiking and camping. Although her life is one big and unique adventure, she still has a love of traveling, meeting new people, and exploring new places.
Megan has grown up around Weaver Custom Homes, tagging along with her father to work at a young age and working at various Parade of Homes over the years. Her senior year of high school, she worked part time as a receptionist and photographer. Following graduation from Waynedale High School in 2019, Megan worked to obtain her B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Liberty University while continuing her position at Weavers.
Recently, Megan has transitioned to a full-time marketing director, handling social media accounts, the photography and Matterport tours of homes, as well as assisting the I.T. department.
In her free time, Megan enjoys traveling, film photography, cooking, and trying new coffee shops.
Merle was born and raised in Ohio. He had his own painting company back in the 80's, before joining the Weaver Custom Homes team in 1989. Starting as a painter, Merle was then promoted to construction supervisor, then to production manager before becoming President in 2007. He is passionate about building custom homes and is committed to continuing the Weaver family tradition of quality and integrity. His extensive experience in the construction industry, combined with his dedication to customer satisfaction, has positioned him as a respected leader in the home building community.
Merle is very active in various HBA organizations, currently serving on the Ohio HBA board, the Wayne & Holmes County HBA board, and as a delegate for the National Association of Home Builders. He is also a member of the BIA of Central Ohio, Rotary Club of Wooster, and a board member of Main Street Wooster. Merle wants to ensure that customers are getting the most up-to-date and energy-efficient products for their home, which is why he regularly attends the International Builders Show and is a Certified Green Professional.
Outside of work, Merle enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, and attending sporting events, especially for his beloved Cleveland Browns.
Sue is passionate about helping clients build their dream home and ensuring they have a seamless building process. She has been with Weaver Custom Homes for over 27 years and has past experience working for both a national production builder in Cincinnati and a small custom builder in Akron.
Sue received a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Cincinnati. She is a past-president of the Wayne & Holmes HBA and past member of the Junior Women's Club. More recently she served on the Main Street Wooster board and was a member of the Sales & Marketing Council of Portage & Summits Counties HBA.
In her free time, Sue enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and thrifting.

Troy was born and raised in Central Ohio and grew up in the construction industry. His grandfather had a heating and air-conditioning business, while his father was a custom builder for 50 years. Troy has been in the industry for over 40 years with experience in development, residential, and commercial construction and joined the Weaver Custom Homes team in 2014.
Troy is passionate about helping Central Ohio clients build their dream home and building relationships with every client. Currently, he is a member of the BIA of Central Ohio, where he was part of the parade selection committee. He is also serving as treasurer for the BIA and the BIA Foundation, along with being in his 6th year on the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee.
In his free time, Troy enjoys spending time with his two sons and his three wonderful grandchildren, as well as attending sporting events. He is also a Play by Play and Color Commentator at WKLM radio in Millersburg.
