Brenda Moczygemba

Born and raised in the Lone Star State, Brenda received a Bachelor of Architecture with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin and headed West shortly thereafter. Brenda joined Williams | Partners Architects with 12 years of prior architectural experience in projects ranging from single- and multi-family residential, luxury fractional ownership resorts, commercial tenant improvements, and commercial construction. Most recently, she was the project manager on the Argyros Performing Arts Center in Ketchum, from initial design concepts through completion of construction. Brenda has an affinity for details and the technical aspects of construction, helping to ensure design intent, and that anticipated building performance is realized in the final built product. She also enjoys the creative and artful process of developing and creating spaces that realize a client's goals. Brenda is a registered Architect in the states of Idaho and Colorado, holds an NCARBĀ© certificate, and is the Treasurer of the Mountain Section of the Idaho Chapter of the AIA. She was appointed as a City of Ketchum Planning and Zoning commissioner in 2020. When she's not at her desk, you can find her on the trails or fishing the Big Wood.

Caleb Spangenberger

Caleb moved to the Wood River Valley in Late 2013. Prior to life in the mountains, he spent a majority of his professional career at tvsdesign in his home town of Atlanta. During his time working at tvsdesign, both prior to and after graduate school at Texas A&M University, he enjoyed working on large commercial projects and exploring the use of Revit for both design and construction documents. From 2010 to 2013, he focused on the Marriott Marquis in Washington DC, a one million plus square foot hotel and convention space, taking a lead role in documentation and construction administration. He was selected to present to Marriott Headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland regarding their team's use of BIM modeling and Integrated Project Delivery throughout design and construction. He joined Williams Partners in 2017 and has enjoyed the team atmosphere, while focusing his talents on high end residential work. He is currently the Secretary of the AIA Idaho Mountain Section, and a committee member of the Ketchum Arts Commision.

Jeffrey Williams

A Washington State native, Jeff began his professional apprenticeship in 1978. After graduating from Washington State University in 1980, Jeff worked in and around the Seattle area until late in 1986 when he moved to Sun Valley. Idaho. In 1992 he established Jeffrey Charles Williams Architect, working as a sole proprietor, by choice, for a number of years. The firm incorporated in 2002 then in 2007 became Williams | Partners Architects. Throughout his career Jeff has sought the highest quality design solutions for every given project situation. While he has developed strong personal design preferences, he has always searched for forms that were driven by the client's needs, taking input from all aspects of a client's program and searching for a balanced and studied solution. Now with over 40 years of professional experience, 30 as founder of W.P.A., his award winning designs and return clients are a testament to his patient and thoughtful approach. A member of The American Institute of Architects and a certificate holder from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, Jeff is licensed to practice architecture in Idaho and the State of Washington. A past President of the Mountain Section of the Idaho Chapter of the A.I.A., and past chairman of the Idaho A.I.A. Honor Awards Committee in 2000 and Co-Chairman in 2021, Jeff has also served on the Sun Valley Elkhorn Design Review Committee and on a number of homeowner design review committees. He is also a past member of the Sun Valley Center for the Arts, Board of Directors.

Travis Killmer

An Idaho native, Travis studied at the University of Idaho earning a Masters of Architecture. His focus emphasized honing skills relating to analogue graphics, sketching, and architectural representation. Upon graduating in 2013 Travis relocated to Ketchum, Idaho to begin his professional career. In the fall of 2016 Travis joined Williams-Partners as a Project Manager. Building on his knowledge and experience he found the firm culture, award winning projects, and holistic design approach to represent his own goals and desires. Travis enjoys a well rounded architectural experience that he employs during all phases of the design and construction process. He has had the opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects including; private single-family residences, residential remodels, multifamily townhomes, commercial remodels, commercial tenant finishes, and conceptual commercial design. Collaboration and the assembly of a cohesive project team, in his opinion, often leads to a more enjoyable, efficient, and well executed project. Travis has found Ketchum to be highly rewarding both personally and professionally and takes full advantage of its incredible work, play, and live balance. Professionally, he is an Associate member of the American Institute of Architects and has a played a key role on award winning projects. In 2014 one of his analogue architectural renderings was accepted into the Design Communication Association's bi-annual juried exhibition. Personally, he enjoys maintaining a close proximity to nature and living in town where walking to work is just as easy as walking to the ski lifts. He works to maintain an active lifestyle and is always looking to broaden his horizons.
