Madeleine obtained her LL.B and LL.M degrees at the University of the Free State in 2009 and 2011 respectively. She joined Webbers as an attorney in 2011 and became a partner in 2016. Madeleine is the Head of general litigation and the Head of the Supreme Court of Appeal department.
Madrie obtained her LLB degree at the University of the Free State in 2007. She was admitted as an Attorney in 2010 and as a Conveyancer in 2011. She is also a Financial Advisor. Madrie joined Webbers as an Associate in 2021 and specializes in Property Law and Conveyancing. She is also experienced in Administration of Estates and Commercial Law.
Pamela is a director of the firm mainly focusing on mining law; Pamela is also a partner and the head of the corporate and commercial department at our sister firm Webber Newdigate in Lesotho, where she is involved in a broad range of commercial services including registrations, restructuring, changes in capital structure, mergers and acquisitions; due diligence investigations and reporting; foreign exchange; mining law; business law and business licensing; advising international and local clients on cross-border matters; and drafting and vetting contracts. Pamela obtained her LL.B degree at the University of the Free State in 2014 and during her first year of articles of clerkship, in 2015, she obtained her Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning Law.
