Diane R. Chace is a partner in the firm practicing in the areas of criminal and motor vehicle defense, divorce and family matters, estates and probate, workers' compensation and civil litigation. Attorney Chace is trained in both collaborative divorce and mediation and also represents clients in litigated matters. She received a BA with honors from Providence College in 1989 and a J.D. from George Washington University Law School in 1992. She was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1992 and the United States District Court Bar in 1995. She is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Connecticut Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Central Connecticut Collaborative Family Law Group and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Michael P. Boiczyk is a partner in the firm who focuses his practice on commercial real estate law and general business transactions. He has vast experience handling real estate leasing, real estate sales and acquisitions, as well as business sales and acquisitions. Mr. Boiczyk represents Landlords and Tenants in connection with office, commercial, retail, and industrial leases throughout Connecticut. He has been involved in hundreds of lease transactions. He drafts and negotiates commercial leases and subleases, and all ancillary documents, such as letters of intent, lease amendments and modifications and Subordination, Non-disturbance and Attornment Agreements. Robert F. Weber, Jr. is a partner in the firm with a concentration on personal injury litigation, including car, truck and motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, falldown cases and medical malpractice. Attorney Weber's practice also includes general civil litigation in a wide range of areas other than personal injury and workers' compensation claims. He has successfully settled over 500 hundred personal injury claims and has tried numerous cases in court involving personal injury, business litigation, contract disputes and land use appeals. Attorney Weber served as the Corporation Counsel for the Town of Berlin and handled all its legal matters from 2006 - 2016. He serves as an Arbitrator and Fact Finder in the Superior Court. He is also a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers and the American Association of Trial Lawyers. In 2012 Attorney Weber was nominated for and included on the Connecticut SuperLawyers list, as published in the Connecticut Magazine, in recognition of his work in personal injury law. Attorney Weber is a past Director, Secretary and Chair of New Britain General Hospital and the Connecticut Health Alliance , an integrated healthcare system. He is a past director of CATIC Insurance Company and CATIC Financial where he served as the Chair of its Governance Committee. Attorney Weber has served as a State Prosecutor, Corporate Counsel to the Towns of Berlin and New Britain and the Mattabassett District Regional Sewer Authority. Attorney Weber has served on the American Hospital Association Committee on Governance and its Region 1 Board, as President of the New Britain Chamber of Commerce, as Chair of the New Britain Downtown District, as Director of the New Britain National Bank, as Chair of the New Britain Public Library, as a member of a Town Charter Revision Committee and as a member of the New Britain Civil Service Commission.
