Walter Attaway crafts personal, intelligent interiors mindful of comfort and function. His aesthetic remains faithful to the classic and traditional tenets of design while incorporating many styles and periods to deliver interiors that are relevant and fresh. Walter curates and creates with an eye for quality and "good design." Ever wary of the inauthentic interior, Walter strives for character along with visceral impact for engaging and expressive interiors... In 2004 Walter opened his own design studio in his hometown of Rome, Georgia, an hour northwest of Atlanta. After a decade of regional design with projects in cities like Savannah, Charlotte, and Atlanta, Walter brought his perspective and talent to the world of retail and opened Walter Attaway The Shop.
