Ford also represents clients in construction defect claims and community association disputes concerning the South Carolina Homeowners Association Act and the South Carolina Horizontal Property Regime Act. Ford is admitted to practice in both South Carolina and North Carolina.
Ford was born and raised in Seneca, South Carolina. He graduated from Wofford College in 2014, where he received degrees in Business-Economics and Spanish. Ford has studied abroad in Spain twice, first in Salamanca and later in Alicante. He attended the University of South Carolina School of Law and received his J.D. in 2017. In law school, Ford was an active member of the mock trial team, competing in the South Texas Challenge and the Florida State University National Competition.
Prior to joining Wall Templeton, Ford served as law clerk to the Honorable R. Scott Sprouse, Circuit Court Judge for the Tenth Judicial Circuit. He is married to the former Elliot Condon of Charleston. Outside of work, Ford is a history buff and enjoys learning unique local history.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Coltrain graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and worked for five years as a project engineer in the nuclear and plastics industry.
Mr. Coltrain was the 2013-2014 Chair of the Construction Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association and is, currently, the Co-Chair of the NC Bar Association/ Carolinas AGC Liaison Committee.
He is a 2012 Carolinas AGC Pinnacle Awards recipient, a 2013 Business North Carolina's Legal Elite, and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America© for Construction Law since 2014.

Ms. Lang's practice focuses on complex litigation of liability matters in the areas of trucking and transportation, construction accidents and defects, commercial litigation, governmental liability, premises liability, and catastrophic injury claims.
She represents insurance carriers, individual defendants and corporate defendants.
Among other organizations, Marie is a member of the North Carolina Trucking Association and the North Carolina Public Risk Management Association. She has spoken on various topics regarding trucking and municipal liability for these groups.
Prior to working at Wall Templeton, Ms. Lang has worked for both insurance defense and plaintiff's firms and brings an unique perspective and broad-based litigation experience to the firm.
Ms. Lang received her J.D. from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. After law school, she practiced with a general civil litigation firm in Virginia before moving with her family to North Carolina. She remains licensed to practice in Virginia.
Mr. Wall began practicing law in 1974.
His practice has primarily involved complex litigation, including the defense of medical malpractice claims, product liability claims involving asbestos and tobacco, transportation claims, bad faith claims, and horrific injuries.
Mr. Wall has tried cases in State and Federal Courts through South Carolina and numerous other states. He served as President of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys' Association from 1989 to 1990. He is an "AV Preeminent" rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, has been selected as The Best Lawyers in America© 2015 "Lawyer of the Year" for Insurance Law in Charleston, SC, and has been named a South Carolina Super Lawyer since 2012.

Mr. Templeton's practice focuses upon complex litigation matters involving products liability, insurance coverage, bad faith, construction, and serious injuries.
He has tried more than 50 cases to verdict. He has argued appeals in the Fourth Circuit, South Carolina Supreme Court, and South Carolina Court of Appeals. Mr. Templeton has more than 100 reported decisions from trial courts and appellate courts in state and federal court.
Mr. Templeton has served as a faculty member of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys' Trial Academy and the International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy at Stanford Law School.
Prior to his work at Wall Templeton, Mr. Templeton served as an intern to the Honorable P. Michael Duffy, United States District Judge and also was a Special Assistant to the US Attorney for the Southern District of Mississippi.

Mr. Haldrup has considerable practical experience in the construction industry.
He graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Construction Engineering and worked as a field engineer prior to and during law school. He has litigated matters in State and Federal Court, before the Board of Contract Appeals, the South Carolina Procurement Review Board, and represented parties in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
Mr. Haldrup regularly speaks to groups on the law in the construction industry and has authored several articles on construction law and suretyship. He is a certified mediator and a panel member of the American Arbitration Association.
He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America© for Insurance Law since 2015.

Prior to law school, Mr. Mansure graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Elon University School of Law, graduating cum laude. Before attending college, Mr. Mansure gained extensive hands-on experience in the construction industry, working for roofing, framing, and concrete and masonry companies.
Mr. Mansure is actively involved in local and statewide construction industry-related associations and regularly presents on relevant topics to these groups, and has also been published in national construction-industry magazines.
Prior to joining Wall Templeton, Mr. Mansure practiced with general civil litigation and construction law firms, representing a wide variety of both plaintiffs and defendants in construction-related matters.
Mr. Mansure is listed in Business North Carolina Legal Elite for Construction Law (2017) and has been named a North Carolina Super Lawyers Rising Star in Construction Law (2023).

Tommy Boger has extensive experience in litigation, focusing on construction defect, personal injury, and insurance disputes.
His practice is primarily focused on insurance defense where he represents contractors in complex disputes involving single family, multifamily, and commercial properties. He also represents business owners in premises liability, product liability, commercial litigation, and real estate disputes. Tommy has been named a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for Construction Law, Insurance Law, and Litigation - Construction.
He received his undergraduate degree in Marketing from Clemson University and graduated from the Charleston School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Tommy worked in the mortgage industry as an online marketing manager and loan consultant, originating residential mortgage loans in Columbia and Charleston, South Carolina.
A native South Carolinian, Tommy enjoys spending time with his family, boating, fishing, and watching Clemson football.

Richards was born and raised in Charleston. He graduated from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, in 2015, where he received a degree in Politics with a minor in History. He also studied abroad at Lincoln College in Oxford, England.
Richards attended the University of South Carolina School of Law and received his J.D. in 2018. While in law school, Richards clerked for the South Carolina Senate Judiciary Committee.
Upon graduating law school, Richards served as law clerk to the Honorable Diane S. Goodstein, Circuit Court Judge for the First Judicial Circuit. He then spent the next few years as an Assistant Solicitor with the Ninth Circuit Solicitor's Office in Charleston handling a variety of criminal cases.
