WAVERLY PRIMARY CARE - Key Persons

Dr. Foster has been a physician at Waverly Primary Care since 2005. Dr. Foster completed his medical school education at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine where he was awarded the UNC Family Practice Award and the Rural Health Scholar Award. Prior to joining Waverly Primary Care, Dr. Foster worked at Maria Parham Hospital in Henderson where he was Vice Chief of Staff. Dr. Foster is Board Certified in Family Practice. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his two sons and keeping up with his favorite area sports teams!

Dr. Scott Brundle has joined Waverly Primary Care! Shortly upon completing his residency Dr. Brundle decided to move to a warmer climate. He chose Raleigh because of its great reputation, close proximity to the beach and the mountains, as well as the many cultural and outdoor activities available. In his spare time, he enjoys playing acoustic guitar, traveling, and attending sporting events. Dr. Brundle completed his medical school education at the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, Michigan

Dr. Zhang completed Family Practice residency training at Underwood Memorial Hospital/Partners with the Thomas Jefferson Health Systems. Dr. Zhang also has a PhD from the Univerisity of Oklahoma in cell biology/zoology. Prior to joining Waverly Primary Care she practiced at Crystal Run Health Care in Middleton, NY. She is Board Certified in Family Practice. Dr. Zhang is married with one son and one daughter.
