Alexius Chang

Biography Alexius is a senior lawyer and started his career in the Legal Service in 1981 as a legal officer with the Registry of Land Titles & Deeds, and was admitted to the Bar in 1984. He was the Deputy Registrar of Titles and Deeds when he left the Registry in 1987. Formerly a partner in Arthur Loke & Partners, Wong Yoong Tan & Molly Lim, and Low & Robert Yu. He joined Wee, Tay & Lim as partner in 1997. His area of practice is conveyancing and property related disputes. He has acted in countless transactions of all manner of property and apart from the usual sales and purchases, he has also acted for developers in several residential developments. Chan Swee Chin

Swee Chin joined the legal service in 1982 as a legal officer with the Registry of Land Titles & Deeds and was admitted to the Bar on 14 August 1985. She was formerly a partner at various leading local law firms. She was a consultant at Wong, Thomas & Leong before joining Wee, Tay & Lim LLP. Swee Chin practises real estate. She has acted for individuals, companies and developers in their sale, purchase and leasing of residential, industrial and commercial properties. Swee Chin also advises on estate administration and probate work. She is a Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths.

George Lim

George was admitted to the Bar in 1982 and began his legal career with Drew & Napier. In 1987, he joined Wee & Tay as a partner and the firm was renamed Wee, Tay & Lim. George is a Senior Counsel and former Law Society President. Since 2015, George has been focused on building his mediation practice and is ranked in the Who's Who Legal guide for mediation. George received his training in mediation at Harvard Law School. He is a certified mediator with the IMI and helped to set up the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) and is the Chairman of the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC). He has mediated over 300 matters that range from family disputes to complex cross-border commercial issues.
