Austin Miller

Austin Miller joined Weastec in May 2023 as a Marketing Analyst for Weastec's newly created Marketing Department within the Dublin Sales Office. One objective of the marketing department is to identify and develop new business. This includes a lot of market research, learning the product catalog and questions for the veteran staff. Marketing uses the information to support the sales department providing background information on companies prior to the initial meeting. They can also support the Design Engineering team with the company's current and pipeline products or CAD software. Austin loves cars calling them his "first love" and "lifelong passion" which encourages an interest in his marketing position. In previous positions, he spent his own time reading material about cars and now it is a large part of his role with Weastec! The most valuable thing Austin has learned in his time with Weastec is that the energy, development, testing and more is astonishing! "I'll never look at a hazard switch the same again!" In his free time, Austin enjoys hanging out with family, cooking, and walking his dog. He also enjoys working on anything with an engine! "I would like to thank everyone I've met at Weastec for being so welcoming, patient and helpful with establishing this new department!"

Connie Stewart

Connie Stewart has worked for Weastec for almost 2 years! In that time, Connie has helped in several roles! She fills in for the Jet Purge line at WGO & helps Shipping and Receiving pick, receive and locate orders! Her actual position is in the cage at WGO. As QE Tech, she inspects and processes bad or suspect parts from the Jet Purge line, processes IPP's, works with Honda and supplies regarding defects & parts shortages. "I love my job, my cage and the QE team! I love that I am lucky enough to get to work so close to home. I love the WGO team and how we all jump in and help other departments to get the job done!" The most valuable thing she says she has learned in her time at Weastec is Teamwork! Connie is also a member of the Safety and Community Service Committees representing WGO. Connie is a huge support to the Weastec team, caring about the quality of her work performance and caring for co-workers making the team stronger! She has made Weastec her home and she would like to retire from Weastec one day! In her spare time, Connie loves anything related to trucks, hot rods, street rods, car shows, cruise-ins and drag racing! Her husband, Scott owns a custom hot rod shop! Together, she and her husband have 11 vehicles! She enjoys helping him rebuild motors and make what was an ugly car or truck beautiful again! Her and her husband share a few adult children, her boy Gavin, 3 puppies and grandson, Lincoln Scott - son of Vanessa Scott also on the Jet Purge line at WGO! Debbie Everhart

Job Titles:
  • Human Resources Manager
Debbie has been with Weastec since 1991. As HR manager, she oversees all functions of the HR department. This includes the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff as well as consult with senior management for strategic planning and serves as a link between management staff and the associates. In her free time, Debbie enjoys spending time with family and hiking.

Dustin Lykins

Job Titles:
  • Human Resources Coordinator
Dusty started with Weastec in 2021. A fairly new addition to Weastec as most associates are employed for 20+ years, Dusty has been a great addition to the HR team! He is responsible for the recruiting process and onboarding new associates. Dusty also works with temporary agencies Weastec uses to fill positions to meet production needs. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting and fishing.

Eric Gullett

Eric Gullett has worked for Weastec in Dublin for the last six years! Eric works in the Sales Department as a Lead Analyst for Cost Planning. The role of a cost planner is to provide up-to-date production costs for the products supplied domestically and passed through.

Jacob Young

Jacob, "Jake" Young joined Weastec in January of 2015 as a temporary associate and began full time in 2018. Over the last 8 plus years, Jake has worked in several positions and has been instrumental in the WHO Receiving department!

Joshua Zaborowski

Joshua Zaborowski has worked for Weastec since 2018 as a Designer Level II. Joshua describes the privilege of being part of the Innovation team in Dublin as they can research new ideas for design. "How can we improve this idea?" and "How can our design better impact the end user?' are questions that Innovation asks daily. Joshua's role has been researching what is currently in the market and coming up with new concepts & designs by sketching and 3D rendering them to see what they could look like. Once the innovation team decides on a design, prototypes are created in house, then proposed to OEM's for new business opportunities. Joshua enjoys working with like-minded people most of all at Weastec. The associates challenge each other daily and always have new ideas to help better the Innovation department and Weastec as a whole.

Kasey Fitzpatrick

  • Health & Safety Specialist
Kasey Fitzpatrick joined Weastec in December 2022 as Health & Safety Specialist. His role at Weastec is to support the health and safety of associates and help coordinate the safety standards of Weastec as a company. Kasey is a state and nationally registered EMT. He has 6 years' experience in the EMS field and has been working in safety for the last year. Kasey is heavily involved with his church and enjoys playing board games and watching Star Wars. He is originally from the Williamsburg area but currently resides in Greenfield with his wife and daughter and two dogs.

Kati Luschek

Job Titles:
  • Human Resources Generalist
Kati has been employed with Weastec since 2021. A newcomer to Weastec, Kati is responsible for full time and temporary payroll and coordinating benefits for new hires as well as existing associates. Kati also works to help associates navigate the wellness program Weastec uses for insurance rates. In her spare time, Kati enjoys shopping and spending time with family.

Michelle Chamblin

Michelle Chamblin has worked for Weastec in Hillsboro since April 2019! Michelle works in the Shipping Department as a Shipping Associate. The role of a shipping associate is to fill customer orders by building shipments and prepare paperwork for the customer. Michelle also spends a lot of time operating a forklift. She is certified to drive the standing and sitting forklift. Michelle enjoys working with the people at Weastec most about her role. There are lots of unique and talented people working for Weastec! Michelle stated that "Every person is a valuable asset to Weastec." In her free time, Michelle enjoys going hiking and trips to Kings Island!

Philip Claes

Philip Claes has worked for Weastec at the Dublin, OH facility for the last 8.5 years! As a Lead Design Engineer, Phil takes customer specifications and design surfaces to create functioning, reliable switch units. The process begins with making 3D CAD data of the parts inside the assembly as well as the production drawings and documenting the design process and verification steps.

Robert "Bo" Scott

Job Titles:
  • Hillsboro Operation Production
Robert "Bo" Scott has worked for Weastec since 2019. Bo is a hard worker who is always busy in his current position as Inspector/Tester at the Hillsboro location. In this role, Bo inspects and tests parts for automobiles in a pass thru setting. However, he is also well known for supporting other departments and helping with whatever work needs to be done, always willing to volunteer for overtime.
