WINDLINE DEVELOPMENT

Windline Development, LLC was formed in April 2009, by wind industry veteran Sam Enfield. Sam has been involved with wind energy for more than 30 years, and with the development and marketing of wind projects for 25 years. His development work has been in areas across the continental United States, including the Pacific Northwest, California, Texas, the northern and southern Great Plains, the Upper Midwest, and the Mid-Atlantic states.
