We offer a comprehensive training and support package to enable businesses to meet their commitments under equality legislation and to meet the needs of diverse workforce and customers in our rapidly changing society. For small and medium businesses these programmes can be funded through by the Equality Mainstreaming Unit which is jointly funded by the European Social Fund 2007-2013 and by the Equality Authority.
