WEIBPAR

Connecticut Reserve Technologies, Inc. began development of WeibPar in 1998 with in house funding along with specific upgrades funded by the U.S. Department of Energy (DoE), Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL), and the ARMY Research Laboratory (ARL). These agencies advocate the Weibull distribution for use in characterizing the failure behavior of brittle material systems.
