Diane Teegarden

A life-long resident of Excelsior Springs Diane lives in the family home that her parents built. She concentrated on business courses at ESHS and the area Vocational School. Diane obtained her Bachelor's Degree from CMSU with a double major in Accounting and Management. When not working, Diane enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is involved in her sorority and community events; has served on the Relay for Life Committee; and is Past President, Poster Contest Chairman, Secretary/Treasurer and current Board Member of the Excelsior Springs Optimist Club. Diane's hobbies include reading, puzzles, gardening and needlework. Her previous work experience includes mortgage banking, bookkeeping, real estate, and city government. Diane's current position as Service Manager at WealthSprings allows her to assist Rob, Ann and Paul as they work with their clients in the important financial planning and decisions in their lives. She is pleased to be able to assist clients as member of the WealthSprings team.

Robert Wright - CEO, President

Series 7, 24, 63, 65 Life and Health, Certified Financial Planner. Robert began his career as a Financial Advisor with a national independent B/D in 1994. Robert elevated within that firm's sales leadership structure until 2017. During his time in leadership, Robert held the positions of Branch Manager, Complex Manager, Regional VP and ultimately National Head of Sales and Recruiting before he began his current position with PCG. and consequently WealthSprings LLC Robert Wright earned a BS in Marketing at Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky in 1991. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of GAMA International. He has help numerous leadership positions with the Financial Planning Association. In his spare time, Robert is a competitive water skier and enjoys spending time at the lake with his wife Natalie, her daughter and his five kids; Kendall, Logan, Baylee, Louibens and Sawyer.
