We bought an older home which we tore down. WCDB worked closely with us on the teardown and site prep getting the lot ready for the new home. The work with the architect on the front end also went smoothly. The permitting process was handled smoothly, too, and we were on our way. The build timeline went almost exactly as Jason had originally laid out and we were in the home only a month or two after our original target date. All of this was done in the middle of the Covid scare. We have been in the home now for a little more than a year and everything is working out fine.
