Mr. Greg Gibbs has extensive experience in intellectual property matters, including preparation and prosecution in securing IP rights, and litigation experience in enforcing IP rights. Mr. Gibbs' experience extends across trademark, copyright, trade secret and patent work in a wide range of subject matter areas and technical fields.
Mr. Miller has experience in a broad array of intellectual property matters including patent and trademark prosecution and related litigation. Mr. Miller practiced exclusively in the field of intellectual property for numerous years at several large firms in California, including Knobbe Martins, Olson and Bear, before moving to Nevada. Because of Mr. Miller's technical background and degree in Electrical Engineering, he is well suited to practice in the field of intellectual property. Mr. Miller's areas of experience include trademark prosecution and patent prosecution in the electrical, gaming, and mechanical arts
Mr. Miller represents several large corporations and numerous start-up companies in patent prosecution, trademark matters and general intellectual property law. Chad has filed and prosecuted hundreds of patent and trademark applications, in addition to numerous other intellectual property related matters including licensing, litigation, and copyright issues. Mr. Miller understands the importance of intellectual property protection for both large corporations and entities during the start-up phase and will work with you to maximize protection while minimizing costs.

Mr. Austin is a highly experienced commercial litigator and intellectual property lawyer with over 20 years of trial experience focused on helping businesses and individuals defend and protect their patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. He started his career in the courtroom as a Judge Advocate for the United States Airforce, represented S&P 500 companies at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, for nearly a decade, before joining Weide & Miller, where Mr. Austin has continued to excel in emergency actions to stop infringement and seize infringing materials upon the commencement of an action-often resolving the matter. He has also defended clients from unfair infringement claims often brought by competitors seeking to improperly use the court to limit competition.
Mr. Powers has practiced intellectual property law exclusively for the last eleven years, the first eight of which was with two large law firms in Pittsburgh, PA. In this time, he has prepared and prosecuted over 400 patent applications, and has worked to secure quality patent protection in the U.S. and abroad for clients in the vast majority of those cases.
Example technologies he has worked on include assemblies within nuclear reactors, electrical switching apparatus, ultrasound equipment, CPAP devices, syringes, wireless headsets, autonomous driving technologies, eCommerce systems, machine tooling and related systems, hardware tools, pet toys, electrical receptacles, and pharmaceutical packaging technologies.
Additionally, over the years John has worked in other capacities in the intellectual space, including helping numerous clients secure trademark and copyright protection, performing patent searching, providing patent infringement analysis, as well as providing litigation support when needed.
In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his wife, golfing, playing pickle ball, hiking, reading, creative writing, and Greek dancing.

Mr. Powers has practiced intellectual property law exclusively for the last nine years, eight of which was with two large law firms in Pittsburgh, PA. In this time, he has drafted from scratch over 250 patent applications, and has worked to secure quality patent protection in the U.S. and abroad for clients in the vast majority of those cases.
Mr. Kramer began his intellectual property career on the enforcement side through an internship at the Michigan State University Center for Anti-Counterfeiting and Product Protection, where he enforced MSU's registered trademarks against counterfeiters and researched the liabilities of social media influencers advertising counterfeit goods on behalf of third parties. In addition to intellectual property, Mr. Kramer's practice includes assisting clients with their business planning needs, including the formation and organization of limited liability companies, corporations, and partnerships.
Mr. Kramer is a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard. While serving, he gained extensive mechanical experience as an engineer onboard a law enforcement cutter operating in Puget Sound and along the United States-Canadian border. After leaving the military, Mr. Kramer earned an undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University College of Law.
Mr. Kramer has authored or co-authored works related to intellectual property, including an article on indigenous peoples' rights to cultural intellectual property published in the Michigan State International Law Review, and an article on the complexities of asserting trademark rights in the global economy published in the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal.

Mr. Weide has worked exclusively since 1991 as an intellectual property attorney. Mr. Weide started his career at Knobbe, Martens, Olson & Bear, one of the largest intellectual property firms in the United States. In 1999, Mr. Weide started what would become the law firm of Weide & Miller, Ltd., in Las Vegas.
Mr. Weide has significant experience preparing and prosecuting well over one thousand foreign and domestic patent applications covering a wide variety of technologies, as well as trademark, copyright, trade secret and litigation matters. Mr. Weide also handles patent screening, patent infringement analysis, licensing and prior art searching.
Mr. Weide is the author or co-author of several intellectual property related articles, including Patent Enforcement Deterrence: Liberal Assertions of Personal Jurisdiction in Declaratory Judgment Actions which appears in the University of Missouri-Kansas City Law Review at Vol. 65, No. 2 (Winter 1996), and the article Violation of the Erie Doctrine: Application of a Rule of Federal Common Law to Issues of Patent License Assignments, which appears in the Creighton University School of Law Law Review at Vol. 32, No. 4 (April 1999). Mr. Weide was a winner of a Nathan Burkan Memorial Writing Competition Award for his article regarding copyright law entitled Digital Audio Tape: Can It Be Saved From a Death by Politics?
