Baili joined West, Webb, Allbritton & Gentry, P.C., as an associate in 2008. She represents clients in employment, corporate, and real estate transactions. Baili is a former President of the Texas Young Lawyers Association. As a TYLA officer and director, Rhodes served as co-chair and vice chair of the Law Focused Education and Family Law Committees, and Vice Chair of the Community Education and National Trial Competition Committees. Billy Hart is a litigation paralegal and has been with the firm since January 2000. Billy has worked in the legal field for over 30 years, with concentrated experience in civil litigation. Billy grew up in Houston, Texas and completed his paralegal certification in 1991 at the Concorde Career Institute. Billy graduated from Blinn College with an Associate's Degree in Business in 1996 and graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.A. in Psychology in 2000. He is a member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas, the Computer and Technology Section and Litigation Section of the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Bar College. Billy is married to Dawn Hart with two children, Christina and Justin, one grandson Ryland, and one granddaughter Lynnlee. Billy is very involved in the South Texas Youth Soccer Association, Brazos Valley Youth Soccer Association, his neighborhood association and his church.

A native of San Antonio, Texas, Cindy is a proud alumnus of San Antonio College, where she earned multiple Associate degrees in Business. She is an active member of several professional associations, notably the American Business Women's Association, demonstrating her commitment to professional development and community involvement. In her personal life, Cindy finds joy and fulfillment in her marriage to John May and is a devoted mother to three children, Collin, Brooke, and Addison.

Gloria Elder has 20 years of experience in various areas of law. She has been a paralegal at the firm since November 2022. Gloria grew up in Southern California, marrying her high school sweetheart who had joined the Army. They traveled the world for 26 years, retiring in Central Texas in 2007. Gloria and her husband Dan have two children and four grandchildren who they cherish immensely.

She graduated from McLennan Community College with an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies degree in 2002. Jennifer and her husband, Thomas, have two daughters, Madisyn and Miya. Jennifer enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending her daughters' athletic activities, cooking, trying out new places to eat, and working out/running, with her favorite finish being Big Sur Marathon.

Kari and her husband, Ron, have six children and two grandchildren. In Kari's spare time she enjoys spending time with family, friends and church family, volunteering to help children who are underprivileged, and going to the beach.

Linda Valerius has 25 years of experience in probate, estate planning, and litigation. She has been a paralegal at the firm since March 2005. Linda grew up in the Rio Grande Valley and graduated from University of Texas - Brownsville with an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies in 1993. Linda has been a member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas since 1995 as well as local paralegal organizations. Linda and her husband Ronnie have three children and six grandchildren whom she adores spending as much time with them as possible. She and her husband are active members of their church.

Oliver Peter Thoma has represented Fortune Global 500 companies in the energy, public utility, chemical, life sciences, and manufacturing industries in a variety of commercial, mass tort, and government enforcement matters at all stages of litigation in state and federal courts across the United States. After 9 years practicing at two elite global law firms, he joined West Webb Allbritton & Gentry in 2023, where he uses his high-stakes litigation experience to represent individuals and corporate clients in a variety of litigation and regulatory matters throughout Texas and the United States.
Oliver was born in McKinney, Texas, and has lived in Texas his entire life - except for a 12-year interlude in Phoenix, Arizona and Santa Rosa, California. He and his wife Emily are both Aggies and the proud parents of three boys.

Rodney is the current Chief Operating Officer at West, Webb, Allbritton & Gentry P.C. After 11 years as the Director of the Engineering Entrepreneurship Program and the Artie McFerrin ‘65 Associate Professor of Practice in the Texas A&M University College of Engineering, Rodney retired to take on this new role. He has broad industry experiences, including over 35 years in all aspects of the telecommunications industry (sales, marketing, manufacturing, business development, and technical design), extensive experience in international companies, and running a startup. Currently, he is using his technical business experiences to help the firm continue to deliver excellence for our clients. He holds a BS and ME in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and is married with 6 children and 14 grandchildren.

Samantha Watson is a litigation paralegal and has been with the firm since June 2023. Samantha has worked in the legal field for over 13 years with a vast array of experience across a variety of areas.
