WG Construction was founded by Scott Essary and Dave Anderson in 1994 with a vision to do things differently. They believed that their true purpose in this industry was to build responsibly, reliably and of the highest quality with the focus being on the customer experience. The two realized early on that building was the easy part. Managing personalities, budgets, expectations, and nerves through this process was where they really wanted WG to be different... Our purpose in this industry is to build responsibly, reliably, and of the highest quality, with the customer experience driving our efforts.
