WILLIAM POPP ASSOCIATES is a civil engineering consulting firm specializing in the planning, operations, engineering, design and funding of traffic and transportation systems. The firm was started by the principal in 1976 after seven years management experience in the transportation planning division of the Puget Sound Council of Governments, preceded by eight years in private practice with a national transportation engineering consulting firm. Since its inception, the firm has accomplished a wide variety of significant transportation projects frequently involving creative analysis approaches to unique problems.
