In the summer of 1997, Western Maine Timberlands, Inc. (WMT) was founded by Marc Greaney. Marc gained valuable experience from a previous partnership, that not only gave him the drive to succeed, but also the goal of creating a first-generation company he could pass down to his children... Our slogan "improving timber for tomorrow" signifies our commitment to practicing sustainable forest management, as well as our desire to continue building appreciative, dedicated relationships with our customers.
