A native of Madison Wisconsin, Alex worked in the construction industry on commercial projects and custom homes prior to studying architecture at The University of Colorado Boulder and Arizona State University.
Alex has been a registered architect in Colorado since 2006. He has over 17 year's professional experience with an emphasis on large corporate, mixed use and public projects. Alex worked for DLR Group Phoenix, RNL Design Denver then DTJ Design, Communication Arts and PN Eklund Interests in Boulder before joining the W.W. Reynolds team as Head of Architecture in April of 2008.
Current responsibilities include project management, capital improvements, space planning, feasibility studies, code review and project permitting along with property evaluations, and graphics. Personal interests include international travel, photography, watercolors and biking.

Amy is a Colorado native and has lived in Boulder County most of her life. Amy earned her Bachelor's degree in Finance at Metro State College and Masters in Management at the University of Colorado - Denver. Prior to joining W.W. Reynolds in June 2017, Amy had started her career in the insurance industry, helped in the start-up of a solar company, and managed a small office.
Amy has three children. Personal interests include boating and water skiing, family time, as well as, walking her two dogs on the many trails of Boulder.

Boulder native Bill Reynolds has the good fortune and health to ride his bike the long way every day to the W.W. Reynolds Companies offices in downtown Boulder.
He attended Boulder schools including Boulder High where he played David in Thornton Wilder's "Our Town." He was elected "Head Boy" in his senior year.
Bill graduated without distinction from the University of Colorado in 1960 with a B.S. in business. After college, he served his country as a naval officer for two years active duty aboard the USS Bennington (CVS20). He really enjoyed his shore leave in Hong Kong and Yokosuka.
He formed Reynolds and Company in 1966 after selling houses in Denver for Moore Realty. His company sold residential real estate in Aspen … between powder days and hanging out at the Red Onion.
Bill still owns his first development project, a 6,000 square foot plumbing warehouse, built in 1970. Over the ensuing years, the Reynolds Companies have been involved in developing and owning over 3 million square feet of commercial properties.
Bill has served his community as a member of the Board of Directors for the Boulder Chamber, the Boulder YMCA, and the Board of Trustees for the Boulder Community Hospital Foundation. He was a founding member of the CU Real Estate Center and served as President of the Center as well as the first president of the University of Colorado Real Estate Foundation. Bill particularly enjoyed serving as vice-chair of Patty Limerick's Center of the American West and remains on the Board of Directors. Currently he is a member of the Boards of Directors of the Neenan Companies and the Newton Running Company. Bill has been an active ULI member since 1977. Bill and The W.W. Reynolds Companies have been honored twice as NAIOP's Colorado Chapter Developer of the Year and most recently, Bill was honored with NAIOP's Lifetime Achievement President's Award.

Raised in Greeley, Colorado; Brandon Medhurst has spent the last decade living in Fort Collins, Colorado. After spending time at CSU, Brandon continues to study coding and engineering. Being outside and in the company of good friends is what's most important to Brandon. When Brandon isn't working on code, he makes time for sports, games, and trying to find the best food in Fort Collins.

Brian was born in Georgia and later moved with his family to Colorado in 1982 where he has called Denver his home ever since. He started his commercial real estate career as a broker after college where he was first introduced to the local CCIM chapter. Brian then worked with local developers through the CCIM contacts which lead to the start of his career in commercial property management. Recently Brian worked as a Regional Supervisor for a National real estate firm overseeing the Colorado, Arizona, and California portfolios. Brian started working with the WW Reynolds organization in 2017 helping with management of their downtown Boulder properties.
Brian has greatly enjoyed getting to know the downtown Boulder community and working with it's great buildings and tenants. Brian is an active member in the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM Denver) and always enjoys learning new and more efficient methods of commercial building management. Brian lives in Westminster with his wife of 12 years and their 3 wonderful dogs, Chico, Miles, and Poncho.

Chad began his commercial real estate career as a broker in San Francisco in 2001. He spent 6 years with Cornish & Carey Commercial and CB Richard Ellis before joining W.W. Reynolds in December of 2006. Chad is currently the Director of Leasing and Marketing for the W.W. Reynolds portfolio of properties in Boulder which consists of 2.5 million square feet and nearly 500 tenants. Chad grew up in Boston, Massachusetts, attended Lehigh University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in International Business. He lived in New York City, San Francisco and London prior to settling in Colorado. Chad enjoys spending his free time in Steamboat mountain biking, skiing and exploring the outdoors with his family. Chad currently resides in Longmont with his wife Andria, daughter Fiona and two sons Charlie and Aleck.

G Andrew "Rico" Espinosa is originally from Chicago and graduated from the University of Colorado on a 4-year Air Force ROTC Scholarship as an Aerospace Engineer. After being commissioned as an officer in the United States Air Force, he trained to become a Navigator - Weapons System Officer - Electronic Warfare Officer flying in numerous jets including the F-4 and F-111. He was highly decorated and flew in 21 combat missions over Northern Iraq.
After his service, Rico spent the next 15 years in Europe, first in the Czech Republic and eventually settling in Poland where he co-founded and managed a tortilla factory and Mexican restaurant. It was there that he became an HIV/AIDS activist and treatment advocate with the European AIDS Treatment Group (EATG).
Next, Rico returned to his home in Chicago to care for his two nephews. In Chicago, Andrew became involved with the AIDS Foundation of Chicago (AFC) and also worked in the Emergency Department at Mount Sinai Hospital as a Health Educator. He then worked to implement routine HIV testing programs as a Training Specialist at the Midwest AIDS Training + Education Center (MATEC), before fulfilling a promise that he made to himself to return to Boulder.

Gregg has worked with and for WW Reynolds for the last 24 years. He has 21 years of commercial construction experience and over 3 years as the Maintenance Supervisor in Ft Collins. Gregg has a wife and two children. He enjoys fishing , hiking , camping and spending time with his family.

Since joining W.W. Reynolds in 1991 as a property manager, Jeff has overseen and directed the company's asset and property management, leasing, and development operations. As a Partner of WWR Real Estate Services, he oversees all company and development operations. Jeff has been directly involved in the development of over 1,000,000 square feet of office, retail, mixed use and industrial real estate and over 1,000 apartment units along the Front Range of Colorado. Prior to joining W.W. Reynolds, Jeff worked for the University of Colorado Boulder's division of Facilities Management overseeing campus remodels and construction.
Raised in Colorado, Jeff attended the University of Colorado Boulder receiving a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design/Architecture in 1987 and a Masters of Business Administration in 1991. Jeff has been married to his wife Emily for 20 years and has two great children Gabe and Sophia. When not working, Jeff enjoys fishing, camping, skiing, and coaching any sport in which his kids participate.

Lauren was raised in Fort Collins, Colorado and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Arizona. Lauren joined the W.W. Reynolds property management team in February 2022. Previously, Lauren worked remotely and traveled to various trade shows in the home improvement industry for HomeAdvisor & Angie's List.
Now that Lauren is working locally, she plans on finding the perfect rescue dog to bring home. Outside interests include yoga, international travel, and spending time at her family's lake house in the summer.

An Arizona native, Lisa earned her Associates Degree at Scottsdale Community College and later earning a B.S. in Business at the University of Phoenix - Denver. Lisa joined the W.W. Reynolds accounting team in January of 2014. Previously, Lisa worked locally in the travel industry and for a CPA firm. Lisa has three grown children and two adorable grandchildren. Outside interests include family time, league tennis, and just about everything the Colorado outdoors has to offer.

Luke moved from Playa del Rey, California to Lafayette, Colorado with his family in the summer of 2013. Prior he had spent the majority of his life living in Southern California and working in commercial real estate all along the West coast, Midwest and Southeast. He started his real estate career with Westwood Financial Corp., one of the largest privately held owner-operators of retail properties, managing their California assets while also earning his California Brokers License. Subsequently he was invited to become a Director at LS Capital, Inc., a boutique commercial real estate company focused on value added opportunities with a wide range of investors, to develop their core Property and Asset Management services.
Luke has achieved his Colorado Brokers License, was awarded by the International Council of Shopping Centers a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM), and the Institute of Real Estate Management a Certified Property Manager (CPM®). Luke is always adding to his professional capabilities, has a 7.3 golf index, loves camping and the outdoors, and has been a Star Wars fan since four years old. Luke and his wife Katie have a daughter, Caroline Charlotte "Cici" Arrington, and son, Mark Solo Arrington.

Nancy was raised in Buena Vista, Colorado and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology at the University of Colorado. She later got an Associate's Degree in Interior Design at the Colorado Institute of Art. Prior to joining the W.W. Reynolds team, Nancy worked in Customer Service at First Data Corporation and was an Administrative Assistant at UCAR. Nancy loves international travel, particularly to Ireland, and plays the Irish drum at a local music session. In addition, she is an avid knitter and loves to write. She lives in Lafayette with two wonderful cats.

Robbie is a California transplant that has enjoyed every single minute living in Colorado since 2005. In her spare time, she volunteers at the Lincoln Center Performing Arts Center, City of Fort Collins Natural Areas and with Wildlands Restoration Volunteers. She is also a part time caregiver on the weekends which enables permanent caregivers to take a break.
Being an avid hiker, her adventures can include anywhere from Wyoming, Utah and anywhere she can find in Colorado all the way down to Parker. The mountains are where she finds her peace.
She is a proud mom to 4 amazing dogs, all of them rescues, but one. Creating art is another interest she continuously nurtures. Photography, painting and jewelry making are amongst the many methods she uses to express herself.
Robbie's background includes: Management of wholesale nurseries, specializing in native materials and palms for 13 years in California. Her time in Colorado has been spent in construction and manufacturing administration.
Robbie attained her Real Estate license in 2019.

My name is Tim Hughes. I grew up in Boulder, Colorado before joining the Air Force. After the Air Force, I moved to Fort Collins, Colorado and worked in property management for Horizon West and as a surveyor for TST. My life outside of WWR is filled with music as I am a member of several local bands that perform on the weekends.
